Privacy Policy
This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting customer privacy.
Information Collection
We are the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We
collect information from our users at several different points on our
website.
Information We Collect
If you open an account on our website, we need your contact information
including your name, e-mail address and mailing address. We use your
purchase history, contact information and other registration
information to send you information and to otherwise enhance your
shopping experience.
When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not
identify individual users. We use this information to determine our
users’ demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and
serve our users.
Cookies
Cookies are small files which store certain information about your
activity on the website and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. We
use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer, so that you
don’t have to reenter information you gave us on your prior visits.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but most allow you to
instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies. However, if you
disable cookies, you will not be able to use certain features of this
website.
Log Files
Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes
internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service
provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp,
and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the website, track
user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic
information for aggregate use. We do not link your IP address to
personally identifiable information
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We sometimes employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web
Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our website by
informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics
with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used
to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between
the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much
smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
Clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information.
In addition, we sometimes use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to
let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This
allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the
effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If users would like to
opt-out of these emails, please see the Opt-out section.
Our Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We may send emails to you announcing special promotions, changes in our
services or other information we believe will be of interest to you. If
you prefer not to receive email, you will find an opt-out link at the
bottom of our email announcements we send you.
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested
services and in regards to issues relating to their account. We reply
via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes. We send
confirming emails when orders are placed and to confirm membership
changes and subscriptions.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters,
or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your
activities on our website, we may collect such information. We may use
that information and other information that we obtain from your use of
our website to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our
agreement for Terms of Use.
Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional
communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by
following the remove instructions at the end of each such
communication. We also offer an opt-out mechanism on the website or the
user may contact the Compliance Officer at our main address.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our website requests information from users via
surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is
completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not
to disclose this information. The requested information typically
includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and
demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be
used and/or shared with the contest or survey sponsors to notify the
winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes
of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this website.
Users’ personally identifiable information is not shared with third
parties unless we give prior notice and choice. Though we may use an
intermediary to conduct these surveys or contests, they may not use
users personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend
about our website, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address.
We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to
visit the website. We store this information for the sole purpose of
sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral
program. The friend may contact our Compliance Officer at the address
below to request the removal of this information from our database.

affiliated companies for reasons other than corporate record keeping
purposes. Typically these kinds of sharing arrangements occur when the
third party will then own or control some or all of the customer
relationship.
Third Party Intermediaries
For certain products we use an outside shipping company to ship orders,
and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and
services.
Service Providers
We contract with third parties to provide specific services. For
example, when the user signs up for subscription services, online
courses, delivery of products or other services, we share only names,
mail and email addresses, and other pertinent information that is
necessary for the third party to provide these services. These third
parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information
except for the purpose of providing these services.

being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets,
users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the
assets transferred
