Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We sometimes employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our website by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information.

In addition, we sometimes use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. Our Use and Disclosure of Your Information

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our website, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.   4. We allow one refund per family, customer, corporation or entity. We also reserve the right to refuse service upon our discretion. This means that we have the right to accept or deny any order for any legal reason.

  5. Any free bonus offer we make in conjunction with a product does not in any way constitute a limited time offer. It means we only guarantee the bonus if you order prior to a certain date. In some cases buyers will receive the bonuses after the limited time period expires, but it is not guaranteed unless Henderson’s Line-Up changed the date.

  6. Common sense: You recognize that all marketing and business endeavors encompass risk. You freely and of your own will, risk any and all capital you may choose to spend implementing the system and concepts. You will do so with skill and common sense.
