After reading many of the posts about Henderson's Line-Up we took our 08 Country Coach Intrigue in for an alignment, shocks and motion control units the first of this year. After a drive and analysis these items were replaced or added. They were all very professional and courteous and we continued on to Southern California but after some extended driving we noticed that the steering wheel was not centered and after an extended stay in the Desert we headed back to Washington State but decided we should try to get the steering wheel corrected on the way home. So we called to see if they could get us in on short notice and a new issue had come up with the entry steps. When we arrived we plugged in for the night and the the crew was ready to go on a Friday morning. Sean did an excellent job on the steering wheel and it took several attempts to get it just right. I'm not sure he was totally happy with it yet but I assured him that I was completely satisfied. So, then Cecil worked the afternoon on the entry steps to see if he could get them to work but it was difficult to determine whether it was the motor or the control unit and he didn't want to just start throwing parts at it to see and it was getting late so we said we would try to get it done in Junction City. I was not charged for the steering wheel alignment as they had done the earlier alignment and also was not charged for the time spent on the entry steps which had nothing to do with the earlier work that had been done by Henderson's because Cecil didn't feel we should be charged because the steps still didn't work! Wow, that is an attitude that we don't see much of any more!! :) Thank you very much and I would highly recommend Henderson's Line-Up for work. It's worth the trip!

Test drive and assessment was well worth it. Prioritized options gave us best bang for our $$. What a difference in the handling. A totally different vehicle. Thank you Quick and pleasant service experience .

We had an amazing experience at Henderson's! They are so laid back and so friendly, but yet very professional. We came in Sunday night and hooked up to their power, and at 8:00 a.m., we were on the road with Eric, doing the Performance Assessment. We did most of his suggestions, and will do the rest, time (and money) permitting. We had the steering stabilizer, rear sway bar, rear track bar, Koni shocks, an alignment, and an oil change, and we are so very happy with the results. Before, my husband did not want to take both hands off of the steering wheel to turn on the headlights for fear of swerving off the road. Now, he can take both hands off the road, and the RV practically steers itself! He says the best way he can describe it is that there is a third hand on the wheel. We appreciated that we could do the road assessment and get the work done all in one day. They even went above and beyond and helped us repair a storage compartment and mend a tow bar. We highly recommend Henderson's and their wonderful staff, and we will definitely be going back ASAP.

You installed an additional Safe-T-Plus steering control and it really made a great deal of difference. I feel confident driving in traffic and I no longer chase my direction. It is expensive but worth every penny !

We brought our rig in because our front spring was sagging. The guys at Henderson's replaced the springs, found faults with the braking fuel supply and proceeded to repair our coach. Our unit now runs and drives better than new and we are very happy with the results.
