Most of the techs have a good grip on what they are doing. The competences of the shop overall is of a high standard. The SS product line is of good quality and design. The techs are trained to find the problems with your suspension and sometimes even find problems you didn't know where there. It's worth having their chassis test derive done.

Once again, the team at Henderson's has made our 2000 Harney Renegade drive like new. Although we had installed a Safety Plus when we bought our coach, the steering on our 37' coach had become sloppy. This occurred over a period of several years, so it had become the new normal for us. When Eric took us for a road test, he remarked on this potentially dangerous condition and also gave a name to our complaint of wallowing on bad roads and dips. His analysis was confirmed when Pete removed our steering gear box and showed us the worn out spot that caused the sloppy steering, which was so tiring on long drives. We had come to Henderson's knowing we wanted to have Super Steer Motion Control Units installed and a 4 wheel alignment. We had replaced tires and shocks since the last time it had been done and we could feel a slight but constant vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Henderson's made our coach drive like new again and their hospitality was unparalleled. They provided us with a place to park and 30 amp service during our stay and a lovely (pet friendly) waiting area with free Wi-Fi. By the time we left, Barbara and Dave knew us and our pets by name and their dog Esse had decided our laps were acceptable substitutes. Some may say the prices are high at Henderson's, but what price can you put on safety and comfort? If we update our dinghy in the future, you can be sure we'll be back to have a Super Stop system installed.

Outstanding improvement in ride, handling and comfort. Drove home on roads with "high profile vehicles not recommended.." wind warning signs and not one white knuckle event. The engine enhancement was also a "kick in the pants!" Did not need a dynamometer to tell me HP and torque had been improved. Was sceptical about the Safe-T-Plus but now I won't be without one installed. Ran some rough narrow back roads with absolute confidence and comfort. The Road Performance Assessment was very informative and the key to getting the RV fine tuned to our style of driving. The RPA proved we were not crazy thinking our rig could drive better. If nothing else RV owners should get the RPA done just to have baseline information. After weighing the rig and figuring out the formula for my tires, I found out I was running my tires psi too high. I was using the information from the specs listed on the door frame recommended by the manufacture. Not sure if you can tell or not but... My wife and I are very pleased with Henderson's service, expertise, integrity, friendly staff and results.

While we were on a trip to Oregon, I decided to have the alignment and suspension checked my 40' motorhome. I had recently replaced the tires and had the front end aligned. After doing this, the coach seemed very difficult to drive. I came to Henderson's after reading many articles about their service and products in various RV magazines. I came in for my appointment and assigned time and they got right on the job. In a very short time they found and fixed the problem. They were very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service or repair. Thank You!

Excellent experience! You answered my concerns and suggested looking at my air dryer. As it turned out, the tech noticed that it had not been changed and had some of the coach's spray undercoating on the dryer. The tech checked the underside of the coach and verified that it had been recently lubed. The brakes had good material on the shoes, and the drums did not show any sign of having been over-heated.

We could not have been treated in a more friendly or professional manner. From the Cary Candy welcoming gift, to the Yahoo celebration at the end of our service, the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel part of your family. I received outstanding service from Henderson's line up. I had been waiting for 1.5 months for another shop just to get parts in for my suspension when I found Henderson's. I found them to be very knowledgeable and they had my truck repaired in under a week. P.S. the Cary's english toffee samples they give out is also a nice bonus.

We had an amazing experience at Henderson's! They are so laid back and so friendly, but yet very professional. We came in Sunday night and hooked up to their power, and at 8:00 a.m., we were on the road with Eric, doing the Performance Assessment. We did most of his suggestions, and will do the rest, time (and money) permitting. We had the steering stabilizer, rear sway bar, rear track bar, Koni shocks, an alignment, and an oil change, and we are so very happy with the results. Before, my husband did not want to take both hands off of the steering wheel to turn on the headlights for fear of swerving off the road. Now, he can take both hands off the road, and the RV practically steers itself! He says the best way he can describe it is that there is a third hand on the wheel. We appreciated that we could do the road assessment and get the work done all in one day. They even went above and beyond and helped us repair a storage compartment and mend a tow bar. We highly recommend Henderson's and their wonderful staff, and we will definitely be going back ASAP.

Henderson's is professional, friendly, and gives outstanding service. Robert assessed our fifth wheel and suggested Joy Rider shocks. They installed them promptly. Upon leaving the service area, within two blocks, I recognized it made a terrific difference. The staff was helpful and willing to explain things so that they are understandable. We will return to Henderson's whenever their services are warranted.
