Everything went as scheduled. Dropped off in morning and picked up in evening. They were most helpful fitting to my schedule.

We couldn't be happier with our 26' motorhome -- now that Henderson's has greatly improved the handling -- it is at least 75% better.Henderson's is the best out there. They use their own products, and work well with Safe-T-Plus and other vendors.Henderson's makes the difference. It is worth the drive to Grants Pass, OR. You don't have to pay sales tax, you get free electric hookup and the owners and employees are courteous and treat you, the customer, with much respect. They also have the capability to fabricate parts, whatever is needed to fix your coach.Previously, we had talked to the manufacturers of the chassis and the coach. We had a number of service centers test the rig. We found they all knew what the buzz words were, how to weigh the coach and to measure the amount of rear hangover. They had the products and liked to recommend costly "fixes". Unfortunately they really didn't understand how to apply the information they obtained (weight, hangover, etc.), but they knew their recommendations were the "right thing" to do. We, like many, paid for some of those recommendations. But were still very, very unhappy.Henderson's did an analysis, took us through each step and explained everything very clearly. Not only did their recommendations work as they stated, they fixed problems created by other service centers that did not install "handling products" correctly (which caused other types of damage).We are believers. We appreciate their years of knowledge and experience . . . and most of all . . . how they treated us. We would recommend them to anyone, regardless of the type of coach they have.

I began taking my two vehicles to Henderson's a few weeks ago. I am extremely pleased with their honesty and integrity. I plan to have my vehicles serviced there from now on.

I for one would like to thank Eric, for all the help he gave me to understand why and how the handling could be better driving our 37' motorhome. Although the price was a bit spendy, I had to ask myself. WHAT IS SAFTY REALY WORTH? THANKS guys. GREAT JOB.!!!! And down the road we gooooo. YAAA HOOOO... :-)

Once again, I must put Henderson's Line Up at the top of the list. When ever I have a problem, a "need", or something that needs fixing, if THEY can't do it, they send me where I can. I TRUST....Henderson's Line Up. They will have all my work from now into the future.

Professional and knowledgable . Explained procedures etc. seemed to be customer oriented. I get the impression an objective is to sell product if at all possible. That said, I was satisfied with the work.

i spoke to my husband before writting this. he couldn't say enough good things about our service there. he was greeted as soon as he walked in the door,helped immediately and got to work as soon as they knew what to do. finished in a timely fashion even though there were problems. and the charges were more thqan reasonablethank you for your fine servicebead and bunny williamson
