We heard Henderson's were the experts in all things related to steering and handling for motor coaches. As a new coach owner we had done a great deal of research before making our purchase, as it turned out the original owner of our coach had Henderson's install Koni gas shocks on the our unit. Seeing as we were heading to Oregon we made an appointment to have a few things looked at. Suffice to say the rumors are true, these guys know there stuff. Henderson's adjusted our Koni shocks then suggested we replace our front tires and change our steering drag links. These adjustment's made an amazing difference to the handling allowing me to drive this 40' on some crazy roads in Oregon and California to prove it. I am definitely a repeat customer and will be going back to have other things worked on which were also recommended during our road assessment. Thank you for proving there are experts in the field of Motorhome service.

We had an appointment, however, we found we were available to arrive for the appointment several days earlier then originally planned. A quick call to Don yielded a "come on down" they could most likely work our coach in the next day. We arrived around 3PM on a Thursday afternoon. An RPA was accomplished prior to closing time that same afternoon. We were provided a place to park, w/electric for the night, then at 8AM the following morning our coach went back into the shop to be fitted with it's new Saftey Plus Steering Control. After a final test drive we were able to settle up for the work, and were back on the road by 10:30AM.

There was no hard sale. Don took our rig out for a test drive (we rode along) and then recommended to us what he would have done. All information and pricing was up front with nothing hidden. We were able to stay with our rig the entire time the work was being done. And since the work took several days to complete we were able to plug into their power and stayed overnight on site. Once all the work was completed we went on another test drive with Don. Some little adjustments were made and we were on our way. Don and everyone we came into contact with, including the owner, Robert, was very nice and personable.We have now made our way down the 5 freeway into California and have dealt with winds and pouring rain. We definitely notice a difference in the handling of the rig. No more "tail wagging" with big rigs passing us, no more "leaning" when going into a curve and better handling with the front end straightening up. Both my wife and I drive our 35 foot rig and we can both feel the difference.

The knowledge and experience at Hendersons was impressive. They assessed my vehicle and made recommendations. The decision as to what modifications were to be done and what was to be postponed were entirely up to me as there were no immediate safety issues. The modifications that were performed did a great job of solving my issues with the coach. I am very pleased with the information provided and the work performed.

Excellent service. Friendly, professional people who will work with you to make sure you get the service you need in a timely manner. They knew I was traveling and were able to get me in and done as quickly as possible.
