I was told by many people that Henderson's Lineup was very good at working on motor homes, with all the recommendations, my wife and I made the trip to Grants Pass to find out. After listening to me and taking a test drive, they made some recommendations. We waited anxiously for the test ride and after a few minor adjustments we were very happy with the results. We will tell all of our friends about the great service, friendly and helpful help at Henderson''s.

We have always received great service from Henderson's..They are always doing their best to make sure not only our rig but our tow vehicle also, is safe and in tip top running order. Our undercarriage and safety steer makes our older RV, drive like one that just rolled off the assembly line! We are repeat customers and will be coming back if and when the need arises.Thanks Guys!!

Solved my problem!!! Dealership said it couldn't be done!!

I had Henderson's address some brutal steering problems on my older class B RV. They were able to turn the van around in a day, and the difference in handling is huge -- it's a completely different vehicle. When I came in, I had a hard time keeping it in the lane with any kind of cross-wind. Now, I hear the wind howling over the van in bad weather and barely feel it in the wheel. I seriously feel a thousand times safer going down the road. Henderson's is a family shop, and they're really setting the bar for customer service. The guys went all-out to turn our ride around fast, and they provided pick-up/drop-off and a great discount at a nice local hotel. Costs were communicated up-front and were very reasonable. They've also go out of their way to source high-quality parts, and to support local manufacturers where possible. I had an unrelated problem with the van overheating and the transmission slipping on the way back home coming through Grant's Pass and towed my van to Henderson's for lack of a better option. While not really their specialty, they totally hooked me up, took it around to a transmission and muffler shop for diagnosis, and even made a special trip out to the shop so that I could pick it up on a holiday weekend. I really can't say enough nice things about these guys. If you think your ride will benefit from this kind of work, just go get the RPA. It's totally worth it, and if you're riding along for the emergency lane change, bring a change of pants. There are a couple more upgrades I'd like to make over time, and they'll definitely be getting my business.

Last year, we traded in our fifth wheel for a 35 foot Tiffin Allegro RED, and I promised my husband I would share driving duties. My first driving experiences were a disaster!I did not like driving the coach. My husband patiently waited for me to volunteer to drive on trips and I did not. He changed tactics and we'd stop at a rest stop or for fuel and he'd announce that it was my turn to drive. I reluctantly took the wheel hesitantly and fearfully out of the parking area and onto the freeway. I was uneasy and a bit scared, I didn't trust the coach on curves, so I would hit the brakes before every curve and go very slowly when I felt on the verge of losing control (not good on freeways). Even driving straight was crazy hard as the coach wandered to the right and left and staying in the lane required continual small adjustments. I spent too much time checking the side mirror to make sure the tires were close to the lane marker. I hit the rumble strips, a lot! Hit the dots to the lane on my left too. It was frustrating not to be able to point the coach and drive straight, every second or so I felt the coach wandering and when it was windy I'd exit the first available off ramp and tell my husband I was done. It felt too overwhelmed driving the coach. I was disappointed I couldn't break through and become comfortable when driving. Compensating for the coach's loose steering, its tendency to lean on curves and rough ride didn't provide much time to look forward and anticipate the grade changes and the traffic in front of me. Instead of proactive driving I drove in reaction to the coach's wandering ways.My husband found references to Henderson's on several internet RV forums and told me about it and I said let's make an appointment and drive to Grants Pass from San Diego and get it fixed. What a difference Henderson's made in the steering and handling of our coach! We are on our way home from Henderson's and I've driven the coach both days and I'm thrilled. It now tracks well, goes where I point it! It takes the curves without leaning and my comfort level has improved to the point that I feel confident on the road. Our 35 foot coach rides smoother and to test it I put a hairbrush on the bathroom counter yesterday during our 8 hour drive. It didn't move! Success! Henderson's modifications have made driving much more comfortable and I am a more confident driver. Never thought this would happen! As my husband told the Henderson's staff, we were there to smooth out the handling for me and it worked! I drove 60 MPH yesterday on I-5 on a curvy area with lots of grade changes and I felt comfortable. What a difference! P.S. My husband loves the new way the coach drives too!

We drove up to Henderson's from SoCal to get our motorhome handling issues resolved. Overall, the experience was excellent. All of the folks at Henderson's Line Up were very easy to work with. We were given a written estimate that covered all of what was to be done prior to starting the repairs. The work was completed in one day and the modifications work very well. Our P32 chassis motorhome drives so much better than before.

Very impressive improvement in the handling of my motorhome. Finally got rid of the vibration that has been there since I bought it.
