Robert,The RV drives more like it should now, not nearly as squirrelly as before. Steering wheel is still tight, front sway is reduced. It wants to climb out of the truck ruts a little on poor pavement, but that could be the tire wear that happened previously before you worked on it. Someday it should have the extra back sway bar fixed also, and you said one ball joint and one kingpin had a slight bit of play it them.I do feel a lot more comfortable driving it now which makes the trips easier. We just got home a few days ago.Thanks again,Lynn McLain

We were treated very good. We really appreciated the van they loaned us while our pickup was being worked on. The use of the additions they did to our vehicle were completely explained.

we brought our new to us coach in to be checked over, and after an evaluation drive (similar to mr. toads wild ride) it was examined very throughly. W thought they were very professional , pleasant, and full of information. We will return when necessary.

I called while passing through Medford area as my motorhome was all over the road and also I had lost the turn/brake signal on my toad. They worked me in to early a.m. appointment; did alignment and fabricated a new bracket for my wiring harness. Very professional. Clean shop. They are an FMCA commercial account.

Adam worked on our motorhome and truck. He was always very professional and courteous. Kept us up to date on the progress of installation. He was excellent, did a very professional and thorough job and you can see that he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend and refer him to anyone in our family to have him work on and service their vehicles, when they are in the area.The owner,Robert and his wife Barbara, are always very gracious and friendly and make you feel at home. Our sincere thanks to the Henderson family and their co-workers. They are absolutely awesome !!!!!

Professionalism, personalized attention, craftsmanship.O.K., maybe not "craftsmanship" but what else would you call all of those qualities applied to high-quality "repair".You hear those terms bandied about very often these days but seldom receive the experience.BUT...These terms very well describe our experience with Henderson Line-up this trip and our initial trip.I just can't sing enough praises about these folks who are this company, from owner/managers on down.Tell 'em Bob and Linda sent you,:) :)

I had the Road Performance Assessment performed on my 32' Class A gas motorhome and upon Henderson's recommendations, I had a Safe-T-Plus, an auxiliary rear anti-sway bar, rear trac bar, front anti-sway bar and Koni FSD shocks.The motorhome handles much better and I feel much safer driving it. I would have preferred having the same person perform the follow-up Road Performance Assessment after the addition of the above items to get a true "after installation" assessment. However the owner, Robert, wasn't available the next day for the final test drive so the technician who performed the work did the final drive with me.Overall a positive experience and I was pleased with how quickly the work was completed. Very nice that they have all the items in-stock.

For the most part our experience was fine. The staff was wonderful and with the upgrades we had done, we can really feel a difference in the handling and comfort of the drive of our coach. The Friday morning gathering with the staff was a hoot. Two points of concern, units need to be weighed after any upgrades , which was done for us after we requested it , our biggest concern is the handling of the ABS light problem we had you check out for us. We were told it was a burnt wire and could not be repaired and we would need a replacement wire harness which needed to be ordered from Workhorse but we were told the harness was discontinued. Long story made short,we took the coach into DSU-Portland. They located the bad wire cut and spliced it and we were on the road again. We cant help but think if your staff would have approached our ABS light problem with the same energy that they approached the RPA and selling upgrades the problem of the ABS light could have taken care of without two repair bills.

This company is the best when it comes to supporting its products and the customer that buys them. They honored a Koni shock problem I had by doing the right thing in replacing the shocks with the current correct shocks for my motor home. I will always use and refer them when I can.

Honda wiring for towing working very well. Was a long wait on the assigned task. Understand the "difficulty" that surprisingly ensued. Thanks!!
