We were in our motorhome traveling when we experienced a low coolant level warning. Henderson’s said bring it in. They did an inspection of our system and concluded that we probably just needed a top off of coolant, which they did for us. These folks were so very professional and kind and got us back on the road. And, they would not let us pay them for their help. I would certainly head back to them for future work. Thank you Henderson’s!

We upgraded our rear shocks and sway bar on a Tiffin Wayfarer 25LW. We got great advice and friendly, efficient service. Ride quality is significantly better at slow speeds and on the highway.

Probably the best repair shop I've ever been to. Everyone was helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They are straightforward and honest in all of their dealings with their customers which is very appreciated. I would highly recommend them for service work on your RV trailer or whatever it is you tow!

We needed to do some upgrades as our motorhome was bouncing, swaying and not staying true on the road. We have a 2018 Newmar Bay Star. We did our research on places to have improvements made and Henderson's came back as the leading company for our improvements. When we arrived at the shop, we were taken under the wing of service advisor Brice Lumpkin. He did the complete walk thru of what was going to happen with the motorhome. He explained the process and the recommendations that would be needed for improvements to the motorhome. He made his recommendations and let us decide what we wanted. No pressure. We let him know what we wanted, SAFE T STEER PLUS, KONI SHOCKS AND REAR SWAY BAR. He proceeded with the install of the parts. It took the remainder of the day to install. Since we were 2.5 hours from home, he got us set up next to the building so we could stay the night in the motorhome. In the morning he completed the adjustments to the Safe T Steer and we took the last test drive and he made final adjustments. We will be doing another set of improvements in a couple of months from his recommendations. All of the employees at Henderson's are very good and very professional at their work. After seeing much about Henderson’s on the Web, I had to stop in on our return trip home from the Oregon coast. I wanted to learn more about improving my suspension on our new 2022 Winnebago Adventurer. Tom & Carol we’re very open and willing to field my many questions. When Tom did his personal inspection of my suspension he immediately identified one of my rear traction bar mounts had broken off. Despite a busy shop, he freed up some space and time and immediately mounted their heavy duty brackets. No wonder I was wagging my tail so much. Disappointed in Ford for using inferior parts (and I’m a Ford guy), but thrilled and impressed with Henderson’s. Wish they were closer to Salt Lake City. …Rob Hepworth

I had a complete brake job and numerous maintenance items performed to the front suspension of my 2005 P-32 motorhome. I did get my coil spring/air bags replaces with the appropriate coil springs, a sway bar spreader, and upgraded bell cranks. Since all my bushings were worn/rotted, they were replaced with Henderson's improved products. Henderson's are experts with the Workhorse Chassis. The technicians and service staff were absolutely great. I was invited to watch their inspection and shown every item (good & bad) they inspected. After giving me a quote for all the work/upgrades possible, they helped me prioritize maintenance & improvements that were within my budget. They kept me informed as work progressed. This was important, as I was traveling from my home in South Florida and had plans/reservations for my return home. They completed work within the timeframe promised. The coach now drives the way I had always hoped. Excessive sway and porpoising were corrected, it now steers predictably without continuous correction and the front does not sag. Henderson's provided me with top quality work by very professional staff/technicians. I wish they were in South Florida!

If you wish to have your rig handle correctly, then this is the place to take it. These guys are not parts replacement people, these are true suspension mechanics/technicians who know their trade. The crew at Henderson replaced all 10 shocks and 4 air bags on our motorhome. During the drive test and inspection they identified 4 additional unknown issues with the coach. All were addressed and repaired. Very convenient to be able to stay in our coach on their site overnight during the multi day service. We are very pleased with the results. We would recommend them to anyone needing suspension work .
