Very professional and the best shop I have delt with.

We have a 2016 MBS Sprinter motorhome that we've enjoyed, for the most part... for 6 years now. However, we have struggled with the handling of the coach at times as it's tall, narrow and the fact the MBS rear wheels are not "out" as far as most Motorhomes. This creates a real Disneyland type ride (minus the fun) when you go into or out of parking lots, turn tight corners, curves at highway speeds, etc.. We understand our coach will never ride like a sports car, but we were hoping to make it better. WOW, the low speed roll back and forth is a night and day difference now, cornering on the highway no longer feels like we're going to tip over, semi trucks don't blow us over and the significant wind at times on the way home was way less of a problem. We drove 500 miles home, so we were able to give it a pretty good test. We may still have them tweak it down the road for a specific thing, but it's LIGHT YEARS BETTER and we are very happy. Great facility, very nice, knowledgeable staff, large room to spread out and wait for the work to get done, etc... ALSO, the owner has a coach very similar to ours and he let me drive it so I'd see the difference (he had already added most of what we were going to add) I can't believe he let a stranger drive his MH!!! These folks are truly experts.

I had read about Hendersons for a year and was so impressed that we drove 3000+ miles to go there. They exceeded our expectations. We worked with Eric and Matt for the week diagnosing and solving all our issues. the attention to detail is above and beyond .great job guys

The Folks at Henderson's were very polite and courteous. They took the time to explain the work to be performed and made sure I was familiar with their facility while I waited. Brice was very professional and gave me some other upgrade options that could continue to help with the comfort of the drive. I definitely will use them for more service down the road.

Had an alignment done on my Class A by Neil. I had an alignment done earlier in the month in Mesa, AZ but wasn't quite satisfied with it. Neil's work was much better. After his work, the rig felt more planted, more stable, and much better in crosswinds. I recommend Henderson's highly.

You did good. Driving the coach was like driving a different vehicle. Ride is smoother, less lean and roll. Wife now need to relax and not hang on to the seat arms expecting and violent roll traveling down the road.

We live in Southern California, so Henderson's is not exactly in our neighborhood. This was the third RV we've brought to Henderson's Line Up for improvement. For us, knowing that our motorhome's ride is comfortable and safe is of prime importance. We put our trust in Henderson's to take care of our needs and they have never disappointed. This last visit, their quote was over $5,000. We were willing to get everything they recommended. It turned out that our rig already had some of the items installed, and our bill was less than $2,500. They could have billed us for the quoted amount. They didn't.
