The folks at Henderson's came highly recommended by the Coach community and they lived up to their billing. From start to finish they provided outstanding customer service. We stayed at the shop in our coach while we were there. They even provided an RV plug for power! I went on the diagnostic ride along with the technician Eric. He tested our coach under a variety of conditions and we had a good discussion about the handling problems our rig exhibits. Back at the shop he immediately found some issues to work on. An estimate of repair and potential enhancements was provided based on his findings. The estimate was explained in detail and without pressure we made our choices. Repairs were done expeditiously and in a professional manner by the shop. They even allowed us to observe the work and patiently explained every step. While the work done didn't cure our handling problems, it did improve them tremendously. We had good discussions with the owner Robert and he shared his wealth of knowledge about our particular chassis and its history of handling problems and some potential solutions. We are currently pursuing his suggestions. If you want to take your coach to the experts, Henderson's is the place to go. They are worth the drive to Grants Pass, OR. I was recommended to Henderson's by the manufacturer of my motorhome (Coach House). While my coach is relatively new (20K miles) and on a quality chassis (Sprinter), I want to make sure it's easily drivable and safe for anyone who gets behind the wheel; to do so, it clearly needs upgrades. With Henderson's very keen understanding, and a comprehensive test drive to assess what was needed, I decided to do a series of mods -- wheel spacers, front struts, rear shocks, an anti-sway bar, a Trac Bar and sumo springs. Even having had to delay the shocks and Trac Bar because of parts delays from the manufacturers, the other upgrades made my RV far, far, FAR better to drive!! It's like night and day in terms of overall stability, lane changing, steering return, dealing with bumps and ruts, etc. Can't wait to do the two other upgrades, which should make it Super Rally ready! (Just kidding, but it almost feels like that.) Really nice and helpful folks, let me stay in their lot overnight while waiting for the second day of work, gave me guidance on things to do... and with a nice waiting building with TV, A/C, internet and snacks, what more can you want? I hadn't noticed the rear axle on my toy hauler had a severe camber issue till it was too late and wore out a set of tires. Henderson's did a great job doing an alignment and getting both axles back to spec. I could really feel the difference and hopefully get some miles out of the new tires. After many years hearing positive experiences about Henderson’s. We were in the area and decided to upgrade the Shock absorbers on our RV. I made an appointment for the next day because we were in route home from being on the road for a month. Contacted Brice who’s the service advisor. I explained what issues I was having and he recommended installing MCU’s and he explained how they work. I agreed to have them installed along with Koni shock which I’ve heard from other RV owners is a great upgrade to the factory shocks. Because we had a 240 mile trip to our next RV Park I asked if the job could be completed by Noon. At 11:45 Matt the installer said job was complete and asked if he could test drive our coach to make sure everything was fine...no problem. He drove our coach for about 10 minutes. He was satisfied with the results. So am I. Brice and Matt are really good guys to work with.
