I went in for an oil change and lube job, came out with an observation from their mechanic of a faulty steering linkage (or what ever it is called) that could fail on my RV. Knowing I plan another trip to Arizona's chuck holed interstate highways, as you might know at 70 mph and if you hit one of their holes eventually damage is only enviable; with Henderson's observant mechanic I feel I have been saved of an eventual failure at possibly an in opportune time. I now feel confident my oil has been changed, joints lubed, and attention to defective parts have been done. I am ready for my next trip. Thanks to Henderson's Line-Up Brake and RV.

Wow would definitely recommend that these people for anyone wanting to improve the ride of their RV. Very professional and I feel very confident in their work and when they were done my motorhome drove much better. All work was done exactly the way and when they said it would be. They answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. They have a beautiful lounge to hang out in to help pass the time while waiting for the work to be completed. On top of all of this they're some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

I am impressed with the loyalty of the employees at Henderson. They all seem to have a personal stake in the success of the company. They certainly sell the company and praise the owners. The mechanical staff really understand the products and how to install them. The front office staff seems to have turnover but they are always positive and I'd rank them as good with the processes and office procedures required for a productive staff. Every other competitor of this company always state that Hendersons Line up is twice the price as others. There is truth to this common statement heard on the street. My suggestion would be to inform potential customers on the benefits of Hendersons and why a higher price means happier customers in the long run. There has to be differentiation to close that gap and at the same time sell the company. What is it?

Work was completed on time and less than the estimate, my Rv drives great!

They did an excellent job with finding all the problems with my coach and the work that I hade them do is as good as it gets every thing that they did put on did help did not solve all of the problems but they recommended a few other things to do so I'm still hopeful that all my problems will be resolved i have a old bever coach parts are getting harder to find they all are extremely nolagable be assured they will do there best for you and your coach PS i whould like to thank the owners for the anniversary dinner you just don't find people like that eny more
