Best service and high quality work. Had Mor-Ryde IS installed on my 5th Wheel Trailer and it is perfect! The trailer tracks straight and stops on a dime with the new disc brakes. I am very satisfied.

My car was having what I thought was alignment issues and took it in. Determined to something else and they were able to fix it at a fair price and we took care of another wear item at the same time. Saved me as lot of running around.

I needed a quick diagnostic on a used vehicle I was looking to buy. Three other places were too busy, but one recommended Henderson. The vehicle seller and I were able to get in that afternoon in order to let Henderson know exactly what we needed. I agreed to pay for the diagnostic, (scheduled for the next morning) the seller left it overnight, and the next day the seller and I each got a call describing what the findings were. I was conveniently able to pay over the phone. I was told, and emailed, what was found (a bad coil) and given some other recommendations on work to have done. That information was what I needed to decide to buy the vehicle. Since I don't live in Grants Pass, I opted to bring it to my local mechanic in Douglas County. If I did live nearby, I would take my van to Henderson to do the work. They are kind, courteous, and their rates are quite reasonable.

I just watched the recent webinar and it was very informative and eye opening about how important even the simplest things like tire pressure, and weight distribution make such a difference on how your motorhome drives. I am definitely going to find somewhere to get a Road Performance Assessment. My husband and I are new to RVing so every time take our motorhome out it is a learning experience. I look forward to future webinars and look forward to reading Roberts book.

Thanks to the staff at Hendersons for giving us their time on New Years Eve. Even tho they were closing early they made time to check a problem in our motorhome. They found the problem and had us on our way within the hour. Thanks for helping us and relieving allot of stress. You guys are great. Happy New year.

After lots of research we came in to order disc brakes and new suspension for our fifth wheel, we definitely picked the right business. Don’t believe we could have found a more qualified professional group of people to do the work we needed. We would highly recommend Henderson’s to anyone needing similar work done on your RV.
