Outstanding service and advise. Had and issue with my suspension or noises at the front end. A road test and in shop inspection showed no found defects or needed repairs. Noise went away on its own ....... the great news was they deducted half of the minimum 1 hour service charge. Honest and consumer oriented qualified mechanics. Refreshing!

Earlier this year I had Henderson's do some work on my 2017 Newmar Class A motorhome with a Ford F53 frame. The sway bars and Konni shocks they added at that time made a big difference in the motor homes ride. However I still felt like when driving the motorhome it was more a function of making constant steering corrections rather than just being able to drive the vehicle smoothly. I recently had Henderson's install their Prototype Radius Rod kit on this motorhome. First they did a pre test drive which I went along on so that we could have a baseline of how the motorhome steered before the installation. After the Prototype was installed we again drove the motorhome. I did part of the return drive and immediately noticed that on a long curve I was not constantly making steering wheel corrections while traveling through the curve; rather I was just holding the wheel and traveling through the line of the curve. And the constant steering corrections in the straight away portions of the road were reduced by about 80%. After leaving the shop and heading home on a 250 mile trip it became apparent that I now was driving with one hand instead of two and felt like I was finally in control of the steering and direction that the motorhome was going. I also noticed that steering felt more responsive and there was less sway in all of the turns. About half way home I received a call from Robert the owner of Henderson's to talk about how things were going with the new installation. This kind of attention to their work is why I am very pleased to recommend Henderson's. I would also recommend installation of the Radius Rod kit to any one that wanted a little bit more control of the steering than they have now.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work done, and they were helpfull in every way. For example, before arriving to Henderson's, the guy pumping diesel in our Motor Home forgot to put our diesel cap on the tank. Service Advisor, Doug Arguello went out of his way to go back to the gas station 2x to get the diesel cap for us. Thank you Doug,you are more than just a pretty boy at the front desk.You have a good heart. When we pass through gusty winds and when trucks pass by, instead of swaying and going all over the road we are able to keep our Coach in our own lane. We don't even bottom out after hitting dips on the road. I have no hesitation coming back or recommending Henderson's to any one. Great work and Great Team,Job well done and Thank You. It was relaxing to drive back to California.

These guys are FANTASTIC. This is the way service ought to be. First, they know what they are doing, they do it right the first time with no taking it back because something isn't quite right. Second, they tend to over-estimate, so when you are expecting a big bill, and it is half what was quoted you walk out with a huge smile very happy. My coach is 35 years old. They tightened the steering, adjusted the caster, and now it drives like a brand new Porsche. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.
