We just spent 2 days at Henderson's RV. We made a great investment having our rig inspected and upgraded. Professional service from the entire staff, they made an honest evaluation of our vehicle and gave us a plan to make improvements that made our unit very comfortable to drive. We will be back for more either at Grant's Pass or with one of the service partners.

Awesome team and products. They really are professional and stand behind their work. Proper tools and technology to get the needed work done including an awesome wheel alignment machine. Robert and his team are first rate and people come from all over to have this company work on their rigs. Motor homes and towables this is your place. They really do take care of their customers and have your back.

Awesome team. I can say that Robert is top notch. Met him and lovely wife at an rv rally. I was so impressed I made it a point to have this company work on my rig as I was passing through. Quality staff and up to date tools and training. They have a lovely waiting room with all amenities to keep you happy. There is also provisions for staying in your rig overnight in the lot if needed. Do yourself a favor and trust this place. People travel far and wide for service here and there is a reason. Blessed to have found this business.

Henderson's has to be about the best place around for professional work for suspension upgrades to your motorhome. The road test really points out what the issues are that need to be corrected. Henderson's then gives you a prioritized list of items that will correct the problems you are experiencing. Like a soup to nuts offering of which you can choose some or all to be be done. We went the full list on our coach and I could not be happier! We were also able to stay in our coach overnight, plugged into 30 amp service in front of their service bays which saved on hotel expenses and eating out. The waiting lounge is well appointed and comfortable. What I really liked was that the service staff gave full explanations of what was being done, kept you apprised of repair status start to finish. The owners, Robert and Barbara are wonderful people, and treat their customers with total respect. If something is not quite right, hey strive to make it right. I can't say enough good things about them and their staff. Oh, and the ride hoe - well, it was a pleasure! We took the same route back using rough, windy roads and I could not believe the difference the suspension upgrades made in the performance and comfort levels - no swaying, bouncing, wife having to hold onto the seat in curves, etc. We are both extremely pleased with the end result and highly recommend Henderson's for the quality of their work and the end result! We now feel that our Tiffin Open Road is safe to be on the road!

Absolutely top notch organization. I changed my appointment twice and they were extremely accommodating. When I arrived they got right to work. Best of all my coach now rides and drives like I always thought it should. Great people, great service and great results. I drove over 1,000 miles out of my way based on their reputation and it was definitely worth the effort. I give them my highest recommendation.

If you're motorhome is sick and needs some TLC, Henderson's in Grants Pass, Oregon is the right doctor to see. Highly recommend and respected by many happy RV owners. I now count myself as one of the happy RV owners. My problem is my motorhome is really showing its age. I did not have an appointment. I was referred by a prominent automobile tire shop across the street from Henderson's. They were booked up for two more days before I can have what ales my unit repaired. They allowed me hook up to a 30 amp outlet each night. That alone was worth one important star atta boy. Over the next two days I watched some very dedicated men perform a mechanical.ballet on allot of sick RVs of ever kind. If one man got stuck.on a problem he would quitely ask for help or information and once received the ballet continued. A second star was awarded. When my unit was driven into the shop I knew I was on the clock.. Time being money. In my income bracket it gets scary after one hour. At four thirty the shop starts the shut down and clean up. My unit is backed out and plugged into the outside power supply, wished good night, pick up my Tom Clancy book and fell asleep dreaming of pirouetting mecanics and a standing ovation for the finished work. Next day I settled my bill and drove off into a sunset and satisfied with the work done. There was a little sticker shock but I handle it as I saw what all was done to make me safe on the road. The dancing mechanics earned the other three stars. The standing O was by me alone and we'll deserved. To avoid a lengthy wait...call and make an appointment.
