I was very satisfied with the service I received. The only thing I would say could have been improved on is. When I left with my car in tow my abs light was on. I was told that this occasionally happens when the abs sensors get disturbed and they need to "bumped" back in where they bottom out into their set position. This should have been checked before I left with vehicle in tow and I had to circle back into the shop. Not a problem but - lack of detail.

Henderson's has always done an excellent job on our car, truck and 5th wheel. As Full-Timers we rely on the integrity of those working on our vehicles and home. They have gone above expected on several occasions when we were unable to make prior appointments.

Bill and Karen are a blessing to serve and we count them as friends when they show up in Grants Pass. Safer and Happier and Driving to all our fellow RV'ers! We thank you all for the kind comments!

The quality of the entire service from making the appointment until I picked up the car was excellent. I called about a problem with extreme tire wear on a Saturday and left a message with your answering service, received a call back on Sunday (Mothers day) from Robert Henderson. I was 100 miles from Grants Pass. So I was told I could bring my 5th wheel to them on Monday and they would fit me in on Tuesday. I got there on Monday and they had me on the road by 6:00 pm that day. Great service andgreat work! Thanks.

Robert Henderson's knowledgeable analysis of the deficiencies of our coach led to plan to address its shortcomings. We had an initial plan to replace the air bags. His analysis led to some other necessary changes. We appreciate Robert's integrity and manner of dealing with customers.

I have been trying to get the shuddering issue discovered on my Suzuki Grand Vitara since it was new in 2007. All it took was a camera on the drive axles and cv joints to find out the problem. You guys know what you are doing and I wish dealerships had the same expertise. I really, really appreciate your finding the problem....now I can go to American Suzuki and give them the facts.

The work was done in a timely manner, and for a very fair price. Henderson's kept me up to date on the progress of the work and Robert gave me excellent advice on additional service that should be done that I will have done in the future. My motor home was returned to me clean with all the work completed and they explained to me what was done and why.
