During a road test, they demonstrate how a factory equipped E450 is lacking in handling, especially in an emergency maneuver. After upgrading some of the critical components, a second test drive shows how maneuverability and handling has been improved. They are not out to sell you products that only earns them money, but actually add value to your RV.

Worst customer service. Since I had my own parts, they treated me terrible. Made an appointment they said they would have me out and going first thing the next morning. I did not leave there till almost 2 in the afternoon and I was on a road trip. No one ever smiled did not make me feel like I was a valued customer. I also believe that the component they added to my motorhome was installed incorrectly.

I recently had a rear Tracbar put on my 1999 Safari Trek. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff at Henderson's during my Road Performance Assessment. These people really know what they are doing. After the work was finished I was very pleased on how it helped my coach from moving around as I drove. If you want your coach to handle better I would highly recommend you go to Henderson's!! Thank you.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable staff.

We had shock absorbers installed on our Monaco Dynasty. WE were able to arrive at noon the day before we were scheduled and they were able to start the installation early. It was a good thing, as apparently Monaco had changed the brackets requiring a lot more time and effort to remove and install the new shock absorbers. It took them many more hours to complete, but they did the job and charged us only what their estimate had been.

We couldn't be happier with the service, trustworthiness, and knowledge. So glad we found them! They really take care of their customers. Now I see why people speak so highly of them!

Class A RV. We needed work done on our front end. We saw a billboard about this place and after reading all of the great reviews we had to stop. They squeezed us in during the week and they have 30 amp electric after they are closed. You can stay right in their parking lot. The staff couldn't have been any nicer!! They show you everything. You then decide what you can afford to have done and you can rest assured it will be done right!! After they are completed they take you on a test drive to make sure you are happy. They have a waiting room with TV, coffee, popcorn and wifi. Definitely worth the stop!! Special thanks to Eric, Pete and Kotey who worked directly on our rig. Feel much better driving it now!!

Absolutely top notch organization. I changed my appointment twice and they were extremely accommodating. When I arrived they got right to work. Best of all my coach now rides and drives like I always thought it should. Great people, great service and great results. I drove over 1,000 miles out of my way based on their reputation and it was definitely worth the effort. I give them my highest recommendation.
