WOW! Thanks for helping us regain driving confidence in our rig. We’ve had our 2007 Class B RV since 2012. It has always been unsteady on the road in spite of repairs from the original RV dealership and the Chevrolet dealership (it’s on an express van chassis.) We took a 2,000 mile trip after our Henderson improvements and were amazed at the difference. We had high winds, really rough roads, snow, hail, rain and we were able to finish the trip without wanting to sell the rig! The difference in stability and drive-ability was incredible. Thanks so much for your attention to detail and improvements.

From Portland, headed to northern CA, when my alternator died just north of Grants Pass; late afternoon, in a strange town. A local shop guy pointed me to Henderson's, where I was treated most kindly. They confirmed the problem, called the auto parts, and arranged for me to pick up a new alternator, whereupon they installed it in the parking area, as the work bays were occupied. All personnel were polite, friendly, and very cooperative toward fixing my problem so late in the day, and avoided me from spending a night in town, probably in the back of my disabled van. I had a complete tow package installed on my 2007 Gulf Stream 37 Foot Motor Home I had the Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar installed I chose this model because the tow bars LED lights up at night that way when a vehicle merge's onto traffic they can see your Tow vehicle. The LED amber lights the rear of the Motor Home and your Tow Vehicle and when you get into camp late at night your Tow Bar lights the area for safe disconnect, This product is well worth the money to flat tow my 2002 Jeep liberty Renegade.

My wife and I brought our Fifth Wheel Trailer in for minor maintenance ( Bearing Repack and Brake Check) on 3/14/19. A major issue was found with the suspension system which had been installed by Henderson Line-up a couple of years ago. This issue was caused by an engineering/manufacturing error and not by installation. Henderson's Line-up stepped up and replaced the damaged parts under warranty without question. The customer service at Henderson's Line-up is by far the best we have ever received from a number of businesses that have worked on our Fifth Wheel.
