Class A RV. We needed work done on our front end. We saw a billboard about this place and after reading all of the great reviews we had to stop. They squeezed us in during the week and they have 30 amp electric after they are closed. You can stay right in their parking lot. The staff couldn't have been any nicer!! They show you everything. You then decide what you can afford to have done and you can rest assured it will be done right!! After they are completed they take you on a test drive to make sure you are happy. They have a waiting room with TV, coffee, popcorn and wifi. Definitely worth the stop!! Special thanks to Eric, Pete and Kotey who worked directly on our rig. Feel much better driving it now!!

The handling of our Roadtrek improved 100% with the addition of an anti-sway bar and SuperSteer. Your mechanics are top rate, and everyone was very friendly. We also appreciated being able to use the lounge in the showroom while our Roadtrek was being worked on. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable!

Very impressed with their employees, facilities, (not elaborate but neat and organized) equipment, honesty, inventory, and knowledge. Their Road Performance Assessment isnt cheap but certainly points out the cause of your suspension and steering issues. They promptly give you quotation to correct the issues and then promptly perform the approved repairs or modifications. Their commitment to customer service is second to none. They provide 30amp electric and water should you need to stay overnite. There is a large parking area should you need to overnite. A sewer dump is available one block away at chevron station and is big rig friendly. I saw them offer the use of company vehicle to one customer that had totaled his toad while his motorhome was being repaired. I also noticed bible verses on some walls so i must assume they are religious Christians people. They also offer a comfortable air conditioned waiting room equipped with big screen tv , WiFi, and snacks. One can't go wrong working with this company. I totally recommend this company if you are experiencing steering and handing issues.

My appointment was for 8:30 and Eric was at my door at 8:30. After a test drive and visual inspection he quickly diagnosed several issues including some work improperly done by another shop. All repairs and new items were installed the same day and I was on my way by 4 in the afternoon. With the installation of the Henderson bell crank, new shocks and sway bar and air suspension motion control units the motor home (Freightliner chassis) the motor home never handled so well. After having work done over the years at various repair facilities it was nice to finally go somewhere where the mechanic knew what he was doing.

They were able to properly weigh our motorhome even though we just dropped in on our way to our campsite.

Henderson's corrected an issue with my steer axle that two other alignment shops (both were Freightliner Dealers) were unable to identify or correct after an alignment service. Also, the service writer recommended a set of Koni Shock absorbers for all three axles. These shocks are the best, my truck rides much better than when I took delivery new in 2016!

They aren't the cheapest, but they're probably the best! My 32' Winnebago Journey was a bear to drive and they made it a lot better. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing to improve the handling of a motor home. They are a pleasure to do business with.
