I brought my newly purchased 2002 Pleasure-Way Lexor van into Henderson's to have it checked over... My 19'7" class B van looked a bit out-of-place amid the class A's generally serviced there but I live in Grants Pass and chose Henderson's because of their many 5-star reviews. As a new RV owner, I had questions: Did it need repairs, adjustments, etc.? I found the steering far too sensitive, the back end felt as if it were fish tailing at times, and the front driver's side tire (new tires) seemed to be wearing on the inside. Despite my fairly small RV (and that taking it to Henderson's might be over-kill), the staff did an excellent job evaluating and recommending changes that would improve the driving experience, ride, and make the van safer on the road. They completed the work in one day. Now I drive the van with almost as much ease as I do my car. In addition, Henderson's mechanics found that the exhaust line was too close to the grey water drain pipe and was melting the pipe! They advised me about the issue and recommended a local welding shop to make a repair in the exhaust line, a shop that made the repair on-the-spot for a very reasonable price. Henderson's suggested a local RV shop to repair/replace the drain line. An RV repairman at that shop did the work over the week-end. All-in-all, Henderson's was a great first stop for me as a new RV owner. The RV handles much better on the road due to their work and their recommendations led me to another RV shop in the area that can provide other services should I need them in the future. Thank you, Henderson's!
