Completely satisfied. I own a 32' diesel winnebago Journey that suffered drastically from cross wind push and wandering, often seemed like I was driving a 1940's pickup. At the end of a days drive I was drained, constantly having to correct the direction of travel. I had previously taken the RV to another RV alignment shop with little satisfaction. I learned of Henderson Line-up from the Winnebago factory in Oregon as they could not service my vehicle in the time frame I needed. My experience with HLU began with a test drive, inspection and written report of the handling characteristics and remedies. In my case the technician was spot on with his assessment and his recommendation included a number of parts upgrades. The installation and corrections would take the next two days at which time Henderson's offered up their parking lot and 30amp service, this certainly made our life better as we were living out of the RV. The staff, mechanics, facility and hospitality at Hendersons is what all service orientated business should strive to meet. My shorty Winnebago diesel not drives wonderful, tracks straight down the road and handles the wind so much better.
