The is a wonderful place to get your motorhome suspension upgraded. They took my motorhome for a drive and then gave me an itemized list of potential upgrades and a priority of order to install upgrades. I was very please with their work and recommendations. I did not do all that they suggested, but did the top 3 on their list, shocks, MCU, and front stabilizing bar upgrade.

You inflated all six tires to 95psi. That's okay for rear, but front should be at least 100psi. You recorded the manufacture date for each tire, but you did not record how mush weight was added to each tire after balancing them. The weight info is important to most owners.

Big improvement in braking, steering and overall improvement in ride handling with new koni shocks. Great choice of upgrades with a side benefit of reduced driver fatigue and increased enjoyment of driving.

Made and a few weeks ago, let your people know within and hour of when we would arrive. We rolled in to have our two front shocks replaced. You told us it would be and and hour or two before you could get us into dog the work. By the time we were none with lunch, you were ready to put on our shocks. They were installed and we did not need the brackets, that Spartan said we would need. That bet of information saved me $162.00

I felt the service we received was very good. They explained in clear detail what work would help emleminate or significantly reduce the handling issues I was experiencing with the motorhome. While we were there I met people from across the us having work done at Hendersons. They completed the work ahead of schedule and I was able to continue on my trip one day a head of schedule .

Very efficient. The techs were great and answered all of my questions. I was in when scheduled and finished in a reasonable time.

The new Koni shocks performed well on the way home. It made a significant improvement to our mh ride.
