Once again, the team at Henderson's has made our 2000 Harney Renegade drive like new. Although we had installed a Safety Plus when we bought our coach, the steering on our 37' coach had become sloppy. This occurred over a period of several years, so it had become the new normal for us. When Eric took us for a road test, he remarked on this potentially dangerous condition and also gave a name to our complaint of wallowing on bad roads and dips. His analysis was confirmed when Pete removed our steering gear box and showed us the worn out spot that caused the sloppy steering, which was so tiring on long drives. Glad we came here before heading out across the US and Canada. We had come to Henderson's knowing we wanted to have Super Steer Motion Control Units installed and a 4 wheel alignment. We had replaced tires and shocks since the last time it had been done and we could feel a slight but constant vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Henderson's made our coach drive like new again and their hospitality was unparalleled. They provided us with a place to park and 30 amp service during our stay and a lovely (pet friendly) waiting area with free Wi-Fi.

The crew at Henderson's is great to work with. Their efforts on my coach improved the ride and handling. While the improvement was less than I hoped for, it was no fault of Henderson's. They gave me a solid assessment of my suspension, explained why my coach wanders and worked within the products they have available to make improvements. Maybe someday Safe-T-Steer will make a unit for my chassis and we can complete the transformation.

I bought Road King shocks years ago and was thoroughly disappointed with the performance, even after sending the back in for re-valving. I was ready to move on to a different coach when I decided to give Henderson's a try. They recommended Koni shocks front and rear. The minute we pulled out of the driveway for a test drive I felt the difference. After 2500mi, I am very pleased with their selection. I only wish I did this years ago instead of trying to make the Road Kings work.

Thanks for fixing our supplemental braking system. We were told by three other dealers that they didn't have the part needed. That was further down the highway. Your shop had the part and squeezed us into the schedule. Great job, fair priced, honest work!

The guys were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they worked with me to get the things we needed done at a price I could afford and gave me a list of things that would help but were not critical to do now.
