We were again so pleased with the customer service, professionalism of the mechanics and honesty. This is the second RV we’ve had Henderson’s put their Super Steer devices on. Their products, designed and engineered by Robert Henderson and his wife Barbara turn your RV from a white knuckle terror to drive into a pleasant daily driver. We would totally recommend Henderson’s product to anyone experiencing poor handling of their RV no matter what type. Thank you for making our 900 mile round trip to be such a rewarding value. I was referred by Morryde to have 2" risers installed on my 5th wheel for the independent suspension I had installed by Morryde. The technicians at Hendersons were honest and felt I did not need this. Instead they made other recommendations which were considerably less expensive and made sense. I proceeded with their recommendations. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I live in California and travel to Seattle often. Because of the way I was treated I will recommend this business highly. I will use them again in a heartbeat. To the staff at Henderson, thank-you!

I made the 350 mile trek to Grants Pass to have quite a bit of work done to my 2016 Tiffin Phaeton and was reasonably satisfied. Although I made the appointment at least a month in advance, when I arrived the Koni shocks were not available. With the Covid-19 mess the supply chain for many businesses has been severely impacted and apparently Henderson is in good company. They did install the rear anti-sway bar, the Safe-T-Plus and the motion control units for the air-bag lines. I'm very happy with the results and look forward to getting the shocks installed. To Henderson's credit, they've arranged for a local shop to install the shocks so I don't have to drive back to Grants Pass. Great customer service.

Henderson's is a pro shop from start to finish. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and Thiughtfulness. Go there to improve your driving.

It is nice to have a company service one's motorhome that actually knows their way around a motorhome!!

Very pleased. Unfortunately they didn't have a anti sway bar for our unit in stock. We are from Northern CA so it was impractical to order it. Very impressed with Gabe and Ben, the technicians that worked on our unit. The office staff was excellent. They even helped out with transportation because we don't have a toad.

Henderson's Line-Up installed tow hardware and braking system to my 2014 CRV in order to tow behind my motorhome. They were fast and did a very good job, Thank you Henderson's Line-Up!

I stopped in, after a chance encounter with Robert Henderson on a trip along the Oregon coast, to have them see if there could be a correction to the excessive rocking from the rear when moving over uneven surfaces, such as going over a driveway. They diagnosed the problem, made recommendations, and I was on my way within two hours. My coach, 2008 Monaco Cayman, handles like I wish it would have when it was new! Great job. I'd recommend Henderson's to any RVer.
