Had an assessment done. Very knowledgeable, very thorough. I was impressed. Gave me recommendations but didn't push. Gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work.

The shop sold and installed bigger sway bars front and rear, track bar on the rear axle, and Koni shocks on the rear axle (Koni's for the front axle are on back order). They also did a full, four wheel weight, and alignment. This work was done on my 2005 Class C, Ford E-450 base vehicle. Results confirmed my long held suspicion that the coach was not really set up at Winnebago when it was built. The drive home (397 miles thru the Siskiyou and Sierra mountains, confirmed that the work done was well worth while, as the previous unpleasant tail wagging, wandering and lack of proper tracking, were no longer evident. All the personnel were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I can definitely recommend Henderson's.

I had new suspension put on our fifth wheel. From the start everyone was very helpful in getting me set up with the right equipment. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are full time RVer’s and were staying in the area for a week. We were able to stay in our RV at night while they worked on the fifth wheel. I would highly recommend Henderson’s Line-Up to have suspension work done. I felt the cost was very reasonable for what we had done and our rig rides so much smoother and safer.

Resolved alignment and shock issues. The road test took the quess work out of the equation. I appreciate watching the alignment checking for issues with no worn parts, just tow in. It's like driving a new rig, much less noise and less tiring. Opted for the Safe T Steer which helped straight steering down the road. The road test is a 10 mile ride along for evaluation and a follow up after the work is completed.
