Grants Pass RV and Auto Repair

I travel full time in my 40 ft. 02' Monaco. I was having a vibration in the front end and had the tires balanced/rotated twice. While passing through Grants Pass a local told me to take my coach to Henderson. They worked me in with a busy schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem with new (quality) shocks and even welded a loose mounting strap. I'm smooth sailing down the road now. Knowledgeable & friendly staff that do quality work at a fair price. I'm Super happy!

I felt the mechanic that helped was honest and very knowageable of the RV. I would diffanthly recommend Henderson Line Up, to other RV'ers. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome, the chocolate was a sweet treat.

I got my 2003 Fleetwood Exc coach in 2014. In the past 2.5 yrs John and his people have been a true blessing in advice and parts. They've engineered a better bell crank instead of selling me another original (weak link) bell crank from the manufacturer. The right shocks were amazing! They recommended KONI'S when I was thinking a different product, great choice again! The recommendation to install the Safe-T-Plus system was a clear improvement. The upgraded front sway bar and the addition of a rear sway system was nothing short of incredible! They designed in-line valves for the air ride suspension and made my coach a pleasure to drive which was the final piece of handling perfection. Every part came from them in sequence per Johns direction. He wanted me to see the change and decide if I wanted to go farther and spend more or stop if I was satisfied. His with calm help and advice on me installing or having it installed professionally was also valuable. I have an accounting practice and I know how hard these people have had to work to create this business and deal with customers. Their Super Steer products are yet another big undertaking for them. IF they had not created the business and replacement parts I would have sold my incredible coach because I found no one else with as much knowledge and options for my needs. And lastly, John is a very honest business man. When I wanted him to sell me everything possible his approach was to add things in a sequence as he felt the process of the most necessary parts first would allow me to see how satisfied I was in the ride transformation and know what made the most difference. I appreciate that because I didn't care what I needed to spend and he could have taken advantage of that. Instead, John guided me through the suspension upgrade that I feel has transformed my rig into an exquisite and enjoyable machine. Henderson's is truly a God send for me and I cannot thank them enough....

Great team! From booking a reservation to the performance evaluation to the techs doing the repairs, everyone was a pleasure to work with. My Winnebago rides much better and the steering is solid now -- even when semi's are passing. I will definitely be recommending Henderson's to my RV friends.

We cannot say enough nice things about Henderson's Line-Up. The entire staff were very helpful. All the work done on the RV was fully explained. We are very happy with the results and will definitely recommend Hendersons to our friends who are in need of this type of work. Many many thanks for a job well done.

My experience with Hendersons was very positive, I enjoyed the friendliness, the professional adittude and the welcoming that I received . The only concern that I would have is that the expectations were alot higher than the results. I realize my coach isn't brand new and that there's only so much that can be done but I was expecting more , which I find out is not realistic, my bad! On the way home the wind was blowing and it threw me around some but what I have to think about is what it would of been like without the work that you did for me and that I will never know. I'm sure on the next trip that will start noticing the results more and more, so thank you.

We have come to learn and trust Henderson's Line-Up.....and they have done their best when it comes to helping us figure out our steering issues. Our steering issues have not been totally resolved, but it's not due to anything that Henderson's did or did not do. It's just something inheritantly wrong with our coach steering. The steering has been imporoved greatly with the installation of Super Steer, New Shocks, Alignment and last installation of the Watt's Linkage, although not perfect......it's livable.

We stopped by to have a second opinion on previous repairs done to our Tiffin Allegro F53. The service was attentive and prompt, starting with a test drive. Robert Henderson was very personable and he had recently finished handling mods to his own Tiffin Allegro F53. We agreed to all his mods, knowing that this opportunity would probably not occur for us again. They installed SuperSteer steering damper, double Koni shocks front and rear, Sumo shocks rear and adjust the ones on the front, and Roadmaster sway bars front and rear (double in rear). The improvement was noticeable. Ride is not so harsh, sway is reduced, and steering less vague. So our ride through Oregon mountain roads resulted in less drama. Cost is the only negative and the reason for 4.5 stars, not 5. Same parts on Amazon are 25% cheaper and Henderson labor is expensive. But this is tempered by knowing these mods are tested and installed by experts and parts are exactly the right ones. So the extra expense is providing me time and confidence.

Tracked right down the rd. Adjusted air in air bags on way home. Lowered front to 25lb and back to 35lb ride was much smoother. Will try something different ea time we are on the rd. Thanks for the great Service.

Their work was done in a timely fashion and appears to be complete. They kept me informed on any delays or issues that they found.
