Great professional and friendly shop. We did the RPA with our new to us 2016 Fleetwood excursion. It didn't handle badly but I wanted an expert opinion if it could be improved. After the test drive they explained how improvements could be made. We followed their recommendations and boy does the motorhome drive nicely. I feel very confident driving our motorhome now. I highly recommend Henderson Line-Up they were great to do business with.

Some of the most professional people on can deal with. There open honesty is a shocker. After the test drive, inspection and analyze of everything they had a plan. Short story is that it didn't work and accomplish what they thought it would. They removed the parts installed and told us it didn't work and not charging us for labor, only the initial testing and inspection. I never even drove it after the install, that is how strongly they felt about the lack of results. Basically they worked one-third of the day for $100. I truly felt guilty writing the check. They do have a second option for some serious coin but I declined and still seeping on that. But then again with the "if you don't like the results or we think it is not doing what it should we take it off and you owe us nothing" if hard to beat. Thanks again for your open honesty.

My K & N filter was cleaned and serviced. Nicole, Scott and Don were very helpful and pleasant.

We were 'squeezed in' for a road performance assessment (RPA), but with no expectation of being able to get any work done on the coach. We were only in the area for three days (Fri - Sun). Scott took us for the drive, presented recommendations to make the drive smoother and safer. They were able to accomplish almost everything. The next time we are in the Grants Pass area we will have the wheel alignment done. The drive today from Grants Pass to Salem Oregon was VERY nice. Smoother ride, easier handling, better wheel centering. We are so happy to have found such a pleasant company and group of people to work with.
