I have been a customer of Henderson's since 2004. This is the second coach the tech's have worked on. Each time I have received excellent service by professionals who really know and care about their work product. Best of all I appreciate Robert Henderson's attention to detail. He calls back with answers to any question or concern I have had. It is that personal service that keeps me coming back to Henderson's Line up.

After reviewing the web site, I had an idea of what to expect, Hendersons exceeded expectations, They are Knowledgable, respectful, educating, and accomodating. These people know their stuff, My 35' class C rides steers and handles better than when it was designed, They opearate their business with intregrity and it shows. The only concern was power went out resulting in slow check out Seemed like I waited about an hour for Robert to be able to get to me. As far as RV work I am 100% satisfied.Bob Gilson

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The only thing I would say could have been improved on is. When I left with my car in tow my abs light was on. I was told that this occasionally happens when the abs sensors get disturbed and they need to "bumped" back in where they bottom out into their set position. This should have been checked before I left with vehicle in tow and I had to circle back into the shop. Not a problem but - lack of detail.

Henderson's has always done an excellent job on our car, truck and 5th wheel. As Full-Timers we rely on the integrity of those working on our vehicles and home. They have gone above expected on several occasions when we were unable to make prior appointments.

The quality of the entire service from making the appointment until I picked up the car was excellent. There was communication and professional attention to details that make the customer feel confident. Henderson's name was the one I heard from my r v shop, my tire shop, and another alignment shop

Henderson's Line-Up sets the gold standard for excellent service. I called about a problem with extreme tire wear on a Saturday and left a message with your answering service, received a call back on Sunday (Mothers day) from Robert Henderson. I was 100 miles from Grants Pass. So I was told I could bring my 5th wheel to them on Monday and they would fit me in on Tuesday. I got there on Monday and they had me on the road by 6:00 pm that day. Great service andgreat work! Thanks.
