Careful, respectful, kind service. Installed safeT+ and bellcrank. The steering it's much improved, the coach does not wander. Also weighed the coach and put correct tire pressure. The ride was much better. Thank you.

They made the whole experience effortless. We had a place to plug in our trailer overnight, while they realigned our twin axle trailer. Now I can take my family back to Indiana this summer, and know my trailer is road ready.

Outstanding customer service and attention to details! You can get an up close and personal look at the underside of your coach - see the suspension and steering parts and how well they are working - or not. Every coach is treated as an individual and assessed by the conditions for which it is used. The Road Performance Assessment is a very valuable tool to both the service site and to the RV owner! After getting our must have steering and suspension upgrades, we definitely will be back to have the remaining items on our list completed on our return trip through the area.

Hendersons lineup treated us with thoughtfulness and consideration from the get-go. An estimate was worked up over the phone two weeks prior to the physical appointment. When we arrived for the appointment, their work began promptly and was completed quickly. Their significant focus on diagnostic and experimentation allowed them to correct all of the issues of concern with handling and also improve the ride in the process. They allowed us to stay overnight in their garage area and treated us like family while we were there. We also enjoyed meeting other Anderson customers and getting to know them. Matt and Brice were extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an improvement in the quality of their vehicle ride and handling.

Eric was absolutely great, patient and kind to us "newbies" to the road, explaining what "could" and what "should" be done. Carol our service rep maintained constant contact (we stayed a few nights in a hotel) letting us know what was going on, and what to expect. She is a cheerful, delightful person! (as is Rhonda! Thanks for dog treats!). Everything was straight forward and I felt we were able to make the decisions without any pressure. Finally, I appreciated the first responder discount. There is a huge, warm difference in folks saying "thank you", and folks like these at Henderson’s actually showing it somehow, especially in these times!
