I enjoyed working with Henderson's. They were very good at email replies whenever I had a question about my upcoming appointment. When the work was being performed they communicated progress and the techs were very knowledgeable and qualified to perform the work. Overall it was a great experience. Service: Steering/Suspension

Had a strange vibration problem around 70 ... other shops could not track down the source. Brice (customer service) offered several checks they could do and set up appt. HLU's ace mechanic quickly traced problem to defective rear tire. In their large parking area I talked with driver of 40 ft American Eagle who would only let HLU work on his rig. Another couple in a 24+ ft Freightliner/Airstream motorhome said they always plan a major service at HLU... even though they live in Seattle ! HLU is the Best. Recommended. Service: Tyres

i have a 1981 ford van that had front end "wandering problems" that the "box store" couldnt rectify with two alignments Hendersons was recommended by a buddy mechanic who used their services multiple times saying that if anybody at all can help you out they can and they did im very satisfied with results & can enjoy driving my old van again thank you so much for your professionalism & patience explaining the process.
