The Gold Standard of Customer Service Several weeks ago I ordered Front and Rear Track Bars to upgrade my 1999 Ford F53 Chassis 32' Holiday Rambler Class A. I picked the Kits on-line using the Website and thought I had done everything carefully and correctly. A day after I placed my order, I got a call from a Tech at Henderson's that said that the front and rear Track Bars I ordered did not match to be installed on the same vehicle. After my answering more questions about my rig, it became clear I had ordered the wrong rear Track Bar, but they helped me find the correct one and changed my order so I got the right parts. I thought that was very nice of them to reach out and make sure I was ordering the right parts, that saved me a bunch of hassle and back-and-forth monkey motion. So my parts arrived and we set out to install them. The rear Kit went right on, no problem, we were on to the front. Both sides bolted up fine, but when we tried to connect the cross bar, it was obvious it was going to be too short.....about 4" too short. Frustrated I took photos showing the issue and the part numbers on the parts. I sent and email off to Henderson's at 7:30 at night. I was planning on calling some time the next day hoping to find a live person who I could plead to try and find my email so someone could help me out. At 6:30AM I was checking my emails for the workday as usual and was surprised.....no Shocked to see I already had a reply to my mail. It was from the Owner John Henderson no less. He had already researched my problem, discovered that the manufacturer had indeed put the wrong bar in the box. He said as soon as they opened he would have them send the correct bar to me directly. Later that day I had a tracking# and in 2 days I had the correct part that bolted right up. So even with the problem, I say 5 Stars. Anything can happen, it's what you do about it when they do that makes all the difference. Like I said, the Gold Standard of Customer Service here at Henderson's........

My 4th diesel pusher since 1993 and all have been in for alignment. Each one has been significantly improved and reduced driving effort. Shocks, and in each case they have recommended Koni's. From factory or in two cases Bilsteins, the control is significantly improved. Last two coaches had brake issues. They found the hard to find parts and did an outstanding job of restoring essential services. One of the best things you'll find at Hendersons is their experience. They do know coaches. The things they find on used coaches can save lives, and they fix the issues to keep your coach rolling safely. The last and best is the friendly customer service. I'll be back again. This is our third motor home to get the Henderson treatment. This one is new, it only had 300 miles put on it by us before getting upgraded. The coach rides much better!! We returned a year later and 20K+ miles for a checkup and all was fine . Great place to do business with! Service: Steering/Suspension

My wife and I purchased a 1997 Safari Trek 2830 in Oct 2016. Prior to purchase, I had performed months of research of the Safari line and history. I spend a great deal of time on the Safari Trek blogs and was pleased to see an active, enthusiastic owners group. I realized after my first drive that I needed to get some upgrades to the steering, front, and rear suspension. My in-depth research led me to Henderson's Line-up of Grants Pass, OR. Given I live in Texas I decided to wait until my wife fully retired on Dec 31 2019 and we planned a trip to Alaska. Our plan was to stop in Grants Pass at Henderson's Line-up on the way to Alaska in spring of 2020. Well, Covid-19, so we didn't actually get to Alaska (Canadian Border thing) but we did travel to Henderson's in late October 2020. We performed an RPA (Ride Performance Assessment) with their most experienced technician and received a very thorough inspection (included taking me under the motorhome and showing me the issues that should be resolved for safety and those that would improve the driving experience. We were at Henderson's for four full days. We spent the days either in the very comfortable customer lounge or seeing the sites (Crater Lake). The improvement of ride and handling is nothing short of a miracle. I simply could not have anticipated the level of improvement provided by the recommended changes. I never felt pressured to accept all or any of the recommended changes which made the experience even more enjoyable. I had a full 4 days of driving to get back to Texas through all kinds of terrain and weather. I cannot recommend Henderson's line-up strongly enough. (We will head back for some additional upgrades in conjunction with our planned 2021 Alaska Trip (never give up, never surrender). ;-)
