The Gold Standard of Customer Service Several weeks ago I ordered Front and Rear Track Bars to upgrade my 1999 Ford F53 Chassis 32' Holiday Rambler Class A. I picked the Kits on-line using the Website and thought I had done everything carefully and correctly. A day after I placed my order, I got a call from a Tech at Henderson's that said that the front and rear Track Bars I ordered did not match to be installed on the same vehicle. After my answering more questions about my rig, it became clear I had ordered the wrong rear Track Bar, but they helped me find the correct one and changed my order so I got the right parts. I thought that was very nice of them to reach out and make sure I was ordering the right parts, that saved me a bunch of hassle and back-and-forth monkey motion. So my parts arrived and we set out to install them. The rear Kit went right on, no problem, we were on to the front. Both sides bolted up fine, but when we tried to connect the cross bar, it was obvious it was going to be too short.....about 4" too short. Frustrated I took photos showing the issue and the part numbers on the parts. I sent and email off to Henderson's at 7:30 at night. I was planning on calling some time the next day hoping to find a live person who I could plead to try and find my email so someone could help me out. At 6:30AM I was checking my emails for the workday as usual and was surprised.....no Shocked to see I already had a reply to my mail. It was from the Owner John Henderson no less. He had already researched my problem, discovered that the manufacturer had indeed put the wrong bar in the box. He said as soon as they opened he would have them send the correct bar to me directly. Later that day I had a tracking# and in 2 days I had the correct part that bolted right up. So even with the problem, I say 5 Stars. Anything can happen, it's what you do about it when they do that makes all the difference. Like I said, the Gold Standard of Customer Service here at Henderson's........
