This is our third motor home to get the Henderson treatment. This one is new, it only had 300 miles put on it by us before getting upgraded. The coach rides much better!! We returned a year later and 20K+ miles for a checkup and all was fine . Great place to do business with!

Had a strange vibration problem around 70 ... other shops could not track down the source. Brice (customer service) offered several checks they could do and set up appt. HLU's ace mechanic quickly traced problem to defective rear tire. In their large parking area I talked with driver of 40 ft American Eagle who would only let HLU work on his rig. Another couple in a 24+ ft Freightliner/Airstream motorhome said they always plan a major service at HLU... even though they live in Seattle ! HLU is the Best. Recommended.

i have a 1981 ford van that had front end "wandering problems" that the "box store" couldnt rectify with two alignments Hendersons was recommended by a buddy mechanic who used their services multiple times saying that if anybody at all can help you out they can and they did im very satisfied with results & can enjoy driving my old van again thank you so much for your professionalism & patience explaining the process.

We drove away from Henderson’s Line-up this afternoon in our 2013 34’ Newmar Baystar traveling south on I-5. Oregon’s I-5 is not like I-5 in California with lots of steep grades and winding curves, a great initial test of the upgrades provided by the friendly, congenital and very skilled staff. I had already installed a Safetysteer steering damper and the auxiliary Roadmaster rear sway bar with noted improvement. Henderson’s installed a new heat treated front sway bar, front radius rods, Sumo-shocks, Koni front shocks and quad Koni’s in the rear. I am pleased. Today’s drive was more relaxed, easier, smoother, well controlled and quieter. We have put 50,000 miles on this RV since we bought it new. I wish we had made these improvements sooner.
