I was having excessive wheel play in our Monaco motorhome steering. Henderson line up recommended replacing the original steering box with a TRW steering box. The box was replaced promptly, adjusted and tested. The motorhome steering now responds correctly and smoothly without any play. I should also mention on a separate service, we had our shocks replaced with Koni shocks which made a super improvement in the ride of the motorhome. Henderson's Line Up are great professional people to work with. We highly recommend their services. A special thank you to Scott, Kote, Don and Eric.

When I purchased my Tiffin Allegro Red 2018 33AA I anticipated the need to possibly put some money in the suspension. When I first drove it I was actually afraid to go over 55 mph. I added the Safe-T-Plus steering dampener and the motion control units from Super Steer. These helped but not enough for my liking. Since I was planning a trip out west this past summer I decided to drive down to Grants Pass to see the people at Henderson's Line Up. This was easily one of the best decisions I have made. These guys are prompt, professional and best of all know what they are doing. After a test drive with the technician, they told me what else I needed to add and gave me the price. My coach now drives like I had hoped it would when I bought it. Items added in addition to the steering dampener and motion control units include Koni shocks, a beefier sway bar and new bell housing. All in all it was not cheap, but based on the original investment in the coach it was definitely worth it. The Henderson folks got me in and out in 6 hours and I cannot recommend then highly enough.

This is a midsize shop with 4 or 5 bays, two of which house alignment racks with Hunter laser alignment systems that can accommodate any size RV and journeymen technicians with years of experience. Their hourly rate is not inexpensive, but this type of modern alignment equipment more than justifies their hourly rate. They also have developed over the years front end solutions that they have manufactured to update problems of tracking and stabilization that many RVs are prone to have. This is all run and overseen by a soft spoken gentleman named Robert Henderson who puts customers first, then employees, and lastly his own interests in that order. I have experienced this personally and know it to be true. And can only wish there were more shop owners like him. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him, a very honorable man who honestly believes he works for the customer, not for himself. Top notch operation in every way. Run by a true gentleman. I drove from GA to Grants Pass, OR based on things I had heard of this operation. I highly recommend this company. They stay busy. Make sure you call ahead of time to arrange an appointment.

We had a front and rear alignment on our 2004 Monaco Signature 45' tag axel coach. I thought our handling and ease of driving was good before. We have had the Henderson Trim Adjust and Safe-T-Plus for 4 years. After our alignment, the little bit of play in the steering was gone and the coach could be trimmed to run absolutely straight down the road. Apparently the initial setup of the Trim Adjust just needed a little bit more of a "tweak". We are full timers and drive our coach 12-15,000 miles per year. I am very impressed with the improvement in handling that we now have after our visit to Grants Pass. We arrived arrived the night before our 8:00am appointment and plugged in their courtesy site. We were promptly put in the alignment bay the next morning and were on our way by 10:30. Hendersons is a first class operation.
