While on the road I was referred by a company eight hundred miles away in my home town to hendersons line up when my motorhome began shaking under load. We limped into their facility in Grants Pass,Oregon. The folks there made us feel welcome on our arrival and started working on our motorhome right away. I was worried I would have to have the transmission replaced or worse. Even though Hendersons is primarily a suspension shop the experienced technicians found the trouble in an ignition coil. A relatively minor issue and had me on the road the same day. I give them five stars for friendliness and efficiency. They have a spacious and comfortable waiting room. They even gave us the best peanut chocolate candies! Good work guys.

My used motor home had many issues with its suspension and handling. Henderson's was able to diagnose the problems and install proven corrections. It now handles well and its problems have been corrected.

Highly recommend for very effective suspension upgrades. From the making of the appointment for our 2016 Tiffin Allegro RED 33AA for the Road Performance Assessment, to the consult, subsequent service and final road test, everyone was very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The final results were beyond my expectations and extremely satisfying. The improved drivability was like night and day. I opted to implement all their recommendations but there was never any pressure to get more then I wanted, or budgeted for. We were able to stay right in front of the garage, with 30 amp power, before and after the service, feeling comfortable and secure. Thanks to Scott, and the entire staff, for making it a truly positive experience.

We were there @ 8:00 within 20 minutes our coach was getting recommended work started by 11:00 we were on the road.. They were friendly courteous & professional.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️

Great service meeting all my needs.

Took our class C (Ford E450) in for an alignment and suspension inspection after 3 months of traveling through Alaska and Canada. The alignment was out and we had lost a sway bar bushing. After the alignment and putting a new bushing on the sway bar, the motorhome drove like a dream. I should also say we arrived the day before our appointment and spent the night in the parking lot with four other customers. I am sure if it was not raining, we would have had a BBQ outside. The next morning, the Henderson's staff started work immediately on all of us. Love this place.
