We made the appointment to have a coach performance test and install the safety Plus. I have never been treated so well. I arrived the afternoon prior to our appointment and Robert took us out on an evaluation drive early. The team reviewed the results with me and we decided on the actions needed to give the coach a ride that is better than the factory. What a great experience the team is friendly, professional and very caring. I would recommend Henderson's to everyone. Keep up the good work.

I went in knowing that my rig was OK, but felt it could be better. I scheduled a Road Performance Assessment to see what they thought, and they agreed - pretty good but could be better. I had planned on having the assessment done, then come back at a later date for the work. The evening before, they called to confirm the appointment, and cautioned me that they would not have time for much work. i was OK with that, since that was my plan and expectation anyway. However, after the assessment, they said they could get most of it done that day. I told them to go ahead, and they worked the rest of the day, and stayed on it until 6:15 on a Friday to finish. The handling and ride are both noticeably better. My wife and I could not be happier. First class operation and people.
