learned a lot. decided to do less expensive things first. we will be back when funds allow. very impressed with everything. employees seem to like working there, and were friendly/helpful. had a sense of humor too, and that's appreciated. every job performed helped make it just a little bit better on the way back home. still needs suggested jobs, and they will be accomplished when funds permit. thanks to all at Henderson's for NOT treating your customers like they don't know anything. after the work done at Hendersons, driving characteristics of my coach went from a D to a B+. This change was a result of the new Konis, added sway bars. No more rock and roll when taking bumps and driveways on a bias. The result is that my wife now feels confident driving, a great change! The other repairs required were done professionally. I have confidence in the work Henderson's team did for us.

Excellent service. Went in originally for replacement of front coil springs. Many critical parts were examined and recommended for upgrade or replacement as needed. While I did not do all of the recommended changes, I feel that the coach had a very close examination, and is safe to drive. Spring replacement, alignment and front disc replacement improved the handling significantly (both stopping and going and cornering). EXCELLENT WORK! Ron Flamm

We had some upgrades done on our 2016 Fleetwood Excursion 35B. The items installed are Motion Control Valves front and rear for the air bag suspension, a front sway bar, a Safe-T- Plus and Trim unit for steering control and a Super Steer bell crank.

As expected. They set the bar.

Like I said in my note to you, we are very pleased with the work you did on our coach. It is so comforting to know that when a business suggest a product or informs you of a problem that the fix is needed or will in fact make a difference. Knowing we can trust you to suggestions and diagnosis is a blessing. This was our second major stop at your business, the first exceeded our expectations and we thought we had found RV Nervona because we had a before and after. Again we have found the upper end of RV Nervona with the work you did for us. I have always said that if you can comfortably drive Highway 199 between Grants Pass and Crescent City you can drive anywhere in the country. It is a good test for your products. We could hardly believe that the Sumo Springs would make such a difference but they took practically all the lean out of the 3 billion corners on that road. You have to know that the only reason that we spent the money for the new springs and re-tune is because we trust your word. If you tell us it will make a difference we know it will. We will probably never buy a new rig but if we did we would have the dealership send it to Henderson Line-Up to have the same equipment put on it as the old one had on it, even before we took possession of it.
