We took our Motor Home to have the steering system worked on. The staff was friendly and professional. They allowed us to stay in their lot the night before our appointment. They checked out the entire steering system and installed the new bell crank. Now the excess play in the wheel is gone and our RV finally drives like it should. I stopped in, after a chance encounter with Robert Henderson on a trip along the Oregon coast, to have them see if there could be a correction to the excessive rocking from the rear when moving over uneven surfaces, such as going over a driveway. They diagnosed the problem, made recommendations, and I was on my way within two hours. My coach, 2008 Monaco Cayman, handles like I wish it would have when it was new! Great job. I'd recommend Henderson's to any RVer.

I have nothing but praise for the dedicated service these folks provide. I purchased a 42 ft Country Coach motorhome in February in Califiornia. On my way to Junction City, Oregon for some updates and repairs, I stopped at Henderson's to have a Road Performance Assessment (RPA). They documented several issues with the coach and provided an estimate. We live in Ohio, and didn't pick up the coach in Junction City until June. We had an appointment at Henderson's on June 9th & 10th to address the issues they found during the RPA. As they began working on the coach, they noticed some significant additional issues with the brakes and air bags. We decided to have all of these items repaired. The next hurdle was locating the correct parts, which isn't that easy on an 18 year old Country Coach motorhome. Sourcing the parts took about 1 week. We stayed in the coach the entire time at Henderson's. They provided a 30 amp hookup and pigtail and they have water available. As I was becoming familiar with the coach, I noticed one of the bay doors was flopping around at the hinge. I consulted with Jim Cooley (my new best friend at Premier RV in Junction City) and the technicians at Henderson's. The fix was to install new rivets at the top of the bay door. Our primary technician (Matt) at Henderson's went to work and did a great job repairing the bay door. The attitude of the employees at Henderson's is very impressive. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful. I was really bored for the week+ that we were there and had many conversations with their staff. In fact, they treated us like family. Including lending us their vehicles to run errands and inviting us and other coach owners to a Friday lunch barbecue. Who does that? Henderson's. We also had the pleasure of meeting Robert and Barbara Henderson. They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Robert is super knowledgeable about all things suspension, steering and brakes related and was very generous with his time and sharing his knowledge. I know this review sounds a little over the top, and possibly a little fishy. I assure you, I don't spend time writing reviews, and the only reason I'm writing this one is that Henderson's exceeded my expectations in every way possible. This place is truly remarkable.

It is nice to have a company service one's motorhome that actually knows their way around a motorhome!!

Very pleased. Unfortunately they didn't have a anti sway bar for our unit in stock. We are from Northern CA so it was impractical to order it. Very impressed with Gabe and Ben, the technicians that worked on our unit. The office staff was excellent. They even helped out with transportation because we don't have a toad.
