We took our 2018 motorhome to Henersons Line-Up, Grants Pass, OR for 2 driveability issues this week. They worked on it and did a road test drive in 4 hours. Issues are 95% improved. They are very professional and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with handling issues. G. Duncan

Henderson’s staff and technicians are the industry standard that every other company should use as the measure by which they gauge their own staff. They were absolutely perfect in their communications throughout the process, keeping me updated on progress and any issues discovered while in-work. My original scope of work took longer than estimated, but I look never had a question left open throughout the entire process and once completed, the end result was everything I had expected. If your RV needs suspension work, this is the facility you need! The technical expertise is the highest level I’ve seen in a really long time.

We bought our 2018 Tiffin new. The coach wandered, swayed and was never consistent on how it would react to trucks passing or handle various highways. I read reviews on line about Henderson’s and made an appointment. Henderson’s completed a road test and the following work was initiated; 4 wheel alignment, installed front and rear Koni shocks, motion control units, replaced sway bar on front and added sway bar to rear, and installed SS bell crank. The coach now drives very well. Body sway was almost eliminated and steering improvement is exceptional. Henderson’s has the skill, ability and knowledge to properly align a straight axle. Our Tiffin needed the axle bent to properly set alignment. No problem for Eric and Neil. Great work and they take the time to do things correctly and always explain and answer any questions.
