Grants Pass RV and Auto Repair

I made the 350 mile trek to Grants Pass to have quite a bit of work done to my 2016 Tiffin Phaeton and was reasonably satisfied. Although I made the appointment at least a month in advance, when I arrived the Koni shocks were not available. With the Covid-19 mess the supply chain for many businesses has been severely impacted and apparently Henderson is in good company. They did install the rear anti-sway bar, the Safe-T-Plus and the motion control units for the air-bag lines. I'm very happy with the results and look forward to getting the shocks installed. To Henderson's credit, they've arranged for a local shop to install the shocks so I don't have to drive back to Grants Pass. Great customer service.

I was referred by Morryde to have 2" risers installed on my 5th wheel for the independent suspension I had installed by Morryde. The technicians at Hendersons were honest and felt I did not need this. Instead they made other recommendations which were considerably less expensive and made sense. I proceeded with their recommendations. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I live in California and travel to Seattle often. Because of the way I was treated I will recommend this business highly. I will use them again in a heartbeat. To the staff at Henderson, thank-you!

i would recommend henderson's line up to everyone there office staff and technicians where very friendly and knowledgeable. and i think there prices are very fair.

This is a great shop and they do fantastic work. They fit me in at the last minute when I was traveling had problems. They spent a day and half working on my 5th wheel. I left with all new suspension; could not be happier.

We took our 2018 motorhome to Henersons Line-Up, Grants Pass, OR for 2 driveability issues this week. They worked on it and did a road test drive in 4 hours. Issues are 95% improved.
