Henderson’s did an alignment for us. Some months later we were concerned about some tire wear while trying to travel home. Henderson's did extensive suspension improvements, including installing the Liquid Springs solution, on our Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34PA. We have 175 miles on it, having left the shop yesterday. The ride and handling of the motorhome is vastly improved. The results are what they said they would be. I had a concern with a noise in the front of my motorhome when breaking. Also that the motorhome drifted on the highway. I called and talked to Brice who set me up with an appointment. I asked if I could drop the motorhome off early and he said "Of course". My appointment was on Wednesday, but I dropped off the motorhome on Sunday afternoon. I received a call from Brice on Tuesday saying my motorhome was fixed! The mechanics tracked down the problem which was a sticking S cam. They pulled the tires and drums, lubed everything. No more popping. I asked if they had time to check into the drifting. Brice told me everything looked good but it was recommended adding a Safe T Plus and updating my Bell Crank and that this should help remove or reduce the drifting. Also, the Safe T Plus helped control a front end tire blowout. I if the work could be done now since the motorhome was there, Brice said YES, I decided to have the work done. The next day Brice called saying I could pick up my motorhome. Everything was done ahead of schedule. I was amazed how much better the motorhome handled on my drive home. Great customer service! This is the place to go if you need RV work done. Yesterday I experienced brake irregularities in my Class A. They blew my mind when they said they would see if they could fit me in the next day. They also provided us a safe place to park and plug in for the night. To my surprise, the inspection came back with no discrepancies with the affected brake(s). What they found was another issue unknown by me, which they fixed same day. Ironically, the issue they found was cheaper than new brake pads, parts & labor. They gave our RV a clean bill of health and we were off traveling again with minimum downtime( less than 24 hours). Read the reviews; they are honest people recommend by the community. Thanks again. Henderson’s staff and technicians are the industry standard that every other company should use as the measure by which they gauge their own staff. They were absolutely perfect in their communications throughout the process, keeping me updated on progress and any issues discovered while in-work. My original scope of work took longer than estimated, but I look never had a question left open throughout the entire process and once completed, the end result was everything I had expected. i deeply appreciate this companys attention to detail, i brought in a scary thor product with 11k miles on it, that i recently purchased, thinking why hasn't thor corp removed problems with suspension, well guess what hendersons in grants pass has removed my problems with this relatively young coach motorhome, when i went in i was in doubt and when i left and drove home it was a great drive compared to first coming in to their shop, very professional, the office made sure i knew what was gong both work and cost, and the guys working on my coach were terrific, matt was the king of explaination, very detailed. if you have problems or not comfortable driving your coach, go to hendersons, i fully recommend them. thank you mike quinn
