Henderson’s did an alignment for us. Some months later we were concerned about some tire wear while trying to travel home. They got us right in and checked it out to make sure all was well with the alignment. Thank you Eric and Brice! You made our trip home much less stressful!

The quality of work is great, the people are great, but the prices are way high. I can't imagine what kind of overhead a small company in Grants Pass, OR has to justify a labor rate of $140/ hr.

Henderson's did extensive suspension improvements, including installing the Liquid Springs solution, on our Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34PA. We have 175 miles on it, having left the shop yesterday. The ride and handling of the motorhome is vastly improved. The results are what they said they would be. Every interaction with Henderson staff, from my first call, was professional, helpful, and honest. I recommend Henderson's to anyone seeking needing their services.

I had a concern with a noise in the front of my motorhome when breaking. Also that the motorhome drifted on the highway. I called and talked to Brice who set me up with an appointment. I asked if I could drop the motorhome off early and he said "Of course". My appointment was on Wednesday, but I dropped off the motorhome on Sunday afternoon. I received a call from Brice on Tuesday saying my motorhome was fixed! The mechanics tracked down the problem which was a sticking S cam. They pulled the tires and drums, lubed everything. No more popping. I asked if they had time to check into the drifting. Brice told me everything looked good but it was recommended adding a Safe T Plus and updating my Bell Crank and that this should help remove or reduce the drifting. Also, the Safe T Plus helped control a front end tire blowout. I if the work could be done now since the motorhome was there, Brice said YES, I decided to have the work done. The next day Brice called saying I could pick up my motorhome. Everything was done ahead of schedule. I was amazed how much better the motorhome handled on my drive home. Great customer service! Fair prices! Honest people. I will be heading back to update my shocks.

This is the place to go if you need RV work done. Yesterday I experienced brake irregularities in my Class A. They blew my mind when they said they would see if they could fit me in the next day. They also provided us a safe place to park and plug in for the night. To my surprise, the inspection came back with no discrepancies with the affected brake(s). What they found was another issue unknown by me, which they fixed same day. Ironically, the issue they found was cheaper than new brake pads, parts & labor. They gave our RV a clean bill of health and we were off traveling again with minimum downtime( less than 24 hours). Read the reviews; they are honest people recommend by the community. Thanks again.
