Grants Pass RV and Auto Repair

We took our 2018 motorhome to Henersons Line-Up, Grants Pass, OR for 2 driveability issues this week. They worked on it and did a road test drive in 4 hours. Issues are 95% improved. They are very professional and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with handling issues. G. Duncan

All work was done exactly the way and when they said it would be. They answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. They have a beautiful lounge to hang out in to help pass the time while waiting for the work to be completed. On top of all of this they're some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

They did an excellent job with finding all the problems with my coach and the work that I hade them do is as good as it gets every thing that they did put on did help did not solve all of the problems but they recommended a few other things to do so I'm still hopeful that all my problems will be resolved i have a old bever coach parts are getting harder to find they all are extremely nolagable be assured they will do there best for you and your coach PS i whould like to thank the owners for the anniversary dinner you just don't find people like that eny more

After pondering for the better part of the past two years, I called Henderson's Line Up to schedule a RPA. I was glad to hear they were open for business and made an appointment May 4, 2020. All guidelines and safety procedures (regarding current health concerns) were being used by the employees there. All employees went out their way to explain in detail what issues they discovered and gave me necessary information to make an informed decision. The final RPA after all necessary repairs/upgrades were completed was night and day difference with regard to the driveability, comfort and peace of mind with my coach.

I am impressed with the loyalty of the employees at Henderson. They all seem to have a personal stake in the success of the company. They certainly sell the company and praise the owners. The mechanical staff really understand the products and how to install them. The front office staff seems to have turnover but they are always positive and I'd rank them as good with the processes and office procedures required for a productive staff. Every other competitor of this company always state that Hendersons Line up is twice the price as others. There is truth to this common statement heard on the street. My suggestion would be to inform potential customers on the benefits of Hendersons and why a higher price means happier customers in the long run. There has to be differentiation to close that gap and at the same time sell the company. What is it?
