Grants Pass RV and Auto Repair

Our experience with Hendersons was great. They were very accommodating, helpful and fair. We had a leak somewhere in air system on our RV and it has been taken to a few other service centers where it was for days with no leaks found. After having it at Hendersons for just a few hours they found they found two leaks. One of the leaks they needed to have a hose custom made. They were able to have this done in a day and both repair complete the next day. The are very thankful for their extra effort in getting the job done quickly and efficiently. If I could add more stars to their rating I would. I highly recommend them for working on your RV.

They did several upgrades on my 2019 Allegro including sway bars front and rear, safety steer and Koni shocks. They also did a full chassis inspection looking for other problems. They were able to complete the work in a little over a day. Nice waiting lounge. We were also able to plug into electrical right at the shop door for the two nights we stayed. Nice folks and great service. Very knowledgeable technicians.

Everyone at Henderson's have been professional and do excellent work. Brice, Erik and Neal have gone beyond helping me understand what they could do to help with the suspension in my motorhome. Feel like I am driving on air now and can't thank Henderson enough.

I have a new 2023 Thor Axis and Henderson's upgraded the steering and suspension for me. Henderson's is extremely professional from the moment you walk in the door to the initial test drive to the expedience the project was completed. All prices are upfront. I highly recommend them

If you own a Class A, B or C motor coach you need Henderson's Line-up. My wife and I did extensive research on safety and performance suspension improvements capabilities and ultimately landed at Henderson's. Brice was all over making sure we were satisfied before during and after our appointment. Randall consistently follow-up with us to make sure we were OK traveling from NC to OR, checked us in once we arrived and walked us over to a 30 amp plug-in for overnight. On the day of our appointment, Jodi (wife) & Hank (Lord Chocolate Lab') hung out in the expansive customer lounge and Eric and I conducted a road performance assessment (e.g., RPA). Note: Eric has 30+ years of experience and it shows, this dude is wicked smart AND personable! All RPA recommended enhancements were performed in less time than we expected and we were on the road by the afternoon. Final touch was a thank you card sighed by the entire team; who does this anymore?. . . nice touch!! This was an outstanding experience and we will be back. Thank you Eric, Brice, Randall, Rob, Ben, Neil and the rest of the team!!

We came to Henderson's from a distance of over 500 miles and knew from a prior visit that our motorhome would be well cared for. We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday to stay overnight at their shop, so we would be ready for our Monday morning appointment. We were warmly greeted by Robert Henderson, who helped get us situated. He conducted an inspection of the front suspension. While we had previously done several suspension upgrades, the handling of our 2003 Safari Trek on a Workhorse P32 chassis still required constant attention to the road. The next morning, Henderson's staff explained the work that needed to be done along with detailed explanations of the parts and labor required. When we departed Tuesday morning, I was amazed at how much better our motorhome handled. We drove to Arizona for the winter and at the end of each travel day I felt much more relaxed than ever before. We drove over 5000 miles this last winter, since our visit to Henderson's and could not be more pleased! We will continue to recommend your shop and aftermarket suspension parts for anyone that wishes to improve the handling of their motorhome or trailer. Thank you Robert and your fine staff of professionals.

My older (2002) Pleasure Way van was having problems with swaying in the rear at freeway speeds. Matt was my mechanic and he is very knowledgeable about these older vehicles. Not only that, everything being done & recommended was explained and shown to me on the vehicle before the work was done. They did a Road Performance Assessment before and after the work was done. Highly recommend.
