Had a lot of stuff put on my class a Shocks, Stabilizers, Trac Bars, etc They did a great job! Yes I would recommend them! By their waitlist I believe others already know how good they are!!

I had set up to upgrade to independent suspension and disc brakes on my Jayco 5th wheel in the spring. I had several conversations with Randall and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to bring our special needs cat with us so we were not able to stay in the RV as offered. Had to shift stuff out of the RV and into the truck for the week and there was no pressure to rush-"just take your time." Stopped by a couple of time just to be noisy and see how the work was going. We were more than welcome to look and see how the work was progressing. I had some food in the freezer and asked it the unit could be kept plugged in since I was requested to turn off the propane. They kept it plugged in the whole time. I found the staff to be very nice, laid back with no issues with me following the work. They have a very large and nice waiting room if you need to stay while work is being performed. There always seemed to be several very large class A motorhomes being worked on. I was told to plan on 5 days and they had it done in 3. I would highly recommend them. Not cheap, but quality parts and service.

We made our appointment several months ago because we knew we were coming through and wanted Henderson to check out our steering and suspension system. They perform a strenuous RPA (Road Performance Assessment) as well as weighting the RV and checking tires manufacturing date plus thread ware. All the staff members were very courteous and knowledgeable. Our tech was Mat who is awesome and a great asset to the company.

I have nothing but great things to say about Henderson’s! Helped us out while have trailer tire alignment issues while on a long summer trip mid-way. Randall and Eric were extremely helpful. There is a reason customers come from thousands of miles away for service. They should all be proud of their establishment and commitment to technical excellence and doing it right, all while being fair, honest and helpful.

We started with the Road Performance Assessment. Then installed the following products: Safe-T-Plus, KONI EVO FSD shocks, SuperSteer Front & Back Sway Bars and Rear SuperSteer Trac Bar. We also had them do an alignment. Our MH is a 2018 Open Road 32SA. I didn't have a huge problem with the way it handled but I wanted a better ride and the safety aspects of the Safe-T-Plus. Once installed we drove 400 miles to get home. I described the drive from being OK before to what is now a pleasure to drive now. Our MH now takes the bumps and waves of the road much better. Also taking sharp curves was a huge improvement. I now don't have to slow down as much and feel much more secure. The Safe-T-Plus took a little bit to get used to. Just a different feel than before. After awhile I wasn't even thinking about that anymore and was appreciating that I wasn't turning the wheel back and forth anywhere near as much as previously. I didn't have an issue with big trucks passing before so it is about the same for me with the Safe-T-Plus. We could not be happier with our experience at Henderson's Line-up. I've always thought that a company has two opportunities to demonstrate the expertise and commitment to the people they serve. The first is how they perform when everything goes right. The second is how the respond when there are issues. I give the staff and Henderson's line high marks on both. They communicated well, Matt performed the work perfectly and all work was done for the amount that was originally estimated. There was one small issue. One of big priorities was to install the Koni EVO FSD shocks front and back. Evidently Koni has had some delivery issues and they only had a set of the rear shocks and didn't know exactly when they would have their order delivered from Koni. I expressed my disappointment, they heard me and proceeded to try to correct the situation. I'm not sure how hard it was to find a set but they did. They purchased a set (maybe the last from Koni's previous run) and had them shipped at no additional cost to me. I went to Henderson's Line-up because of their reputation. The changes I made are critical to our motorhomes comfort and most of all safety. After driving 400 miles I have complete confidence and peace of mind in the components and work performed.

Very impressed with both the entire team and Quality of work performed. My Palazzo on a Freightliner Chassis was a hard drive until Eric and his crew went to work, now my rig has never handled and rides so well. Letting you stay on site and plug in at night was extremely convenient. Their waiting room is huge and very comfortable. We recommend the drive to Oregon for anyone who has problems with their RV handling.

Randall was very hopeful of getting us in and doing our paperwork and showing us around. Eric and Neil and Matt worked on the motor home and did a professional job.

Very professional staff. Quality work. I was super impressed with Henderson's, especially the road test with the technician before and after repairs. I would recommend Henderson's to anyone w n o is having issues with drive ability issues. No more "White Knuckle " driving. Now I can enjoy my motorhome.
