Went on an evaluation ride with Eric. He was informative and we discussed the ride issues. Went back to the shop and he took me under the couch and showed me everything that he was checking. After checking we then discussed all the upgrades that would help the ride. I was in a hurry to get back home because a snowstorm was coming and I did not want to drive over the mountains in a snowstorm. We had time to adjust the steering box, adjust the Safe-T-Steer that I already had on my Motorhome, I also had the front F53 V-10 Radius Rod kit installed and Koni shocks installed.. The trip home was basically a two-finger drive compared to two-handed driving before. It snowed 5" the night I got home so was happy I didn't stay another night. I have a pending appointment for next April to have some more work done on my Motorhome that we did not have time to get done this trip.. Great company great people. Looking forward to my next trip there.

We just had Henderson's install a Moryde independent suspension on our 2021 Grand design 310GK. It's hard to explain how much smoother and quieter the ride is know. It was a great experience working with the folks at HLU. After the work was done they allowed me to go down in the pit with there tech to see the new suspension and to be able to ask any questions. Believe me after being in the automotive service business for almost fifty years that was important to me. Great work and thanks Hendersons. Doug and Margee Hatton

Prior to visiting Henderson's Line-up our driving experience was tiring. Our 2022 Ford E 450 suspension was a challenge to drive on long distances, requiring vigilance and two handed steering. On the test drive following, I could cruise along as driving my car; viewing the of beautiful state of OR without going off the rails. Thanks Henderson's, you know your stuff. Thanks to Bryce, Neil and the Henderson's crew for providing a great service to customers from all corners of the map.

This organization is like a well oiled machine. Professional, honest, on time and treat their customers like gold. They call to confirm your appointment, they call after your appointment to make sure everything is okay and you get a thank you card signed by their team. I have to drive 500 miles from my home for service but I know the work will be done accurately. When I leave an RV dealer after work has been completed I always have doubts if they addressed the issues correctly. I never have this feeling when I leave Hendersons Line Up. This time I had my MorRyde independent suspension aligned and bearing’s packed. I have had brake lines break and come loose on the disk brakes on my fifth wheel. I have had them replaced and tightened after loosing my trailer brakes 3 times. Nothing like losing your trailer brakes coming down a steep mountain grade. The technician at Hendersons determined that when MorRyde in Indiana installed the suspension and brakes they did not secure the brake lines properly which caused vibration that eventually caused breakage or caused them to come loose and leak. RV dealers that serviced this issue in the past never determined this flaw. Thank you to the entire team at Hendersons Line Up.

Had the folks at Henderson install the Morryde independent suspension. Rob the technician that performed the install did an awesome job. All the people we dealt with were extremely nice. Will be bringing our rig back annually for the inspection and service. Would highly recommend Henderson.
