Eric found our problem, then Pete and several other guys made our coach ride and drive better than new. Robert and Barbara made us feel at home. The waiting area with wi-fi and coffee really kept us comfy during the two day process. Sleeping in our own bed each night of the two day process was a big plus and the Hendersons went out of their way to ensure we were level and hooked up to shore power.

Henderson's Line-Up is a well-run business, and these guys really know what they are doing. If you have concerns about the road-performance of your RV or truck, take a nice trip to Grants Pass Oregon and they will take good care of you.

We are not new to Henderson's. However, much to my delight with an emergency, as usual Henderson came to our rescue. I cannot say enough for the accommodation, schedule manipulation and expertise provided us, in order to get us on our way to meet our appointed reservation. Actually, the quality of the work performed far exceeded initial OEM installed performance. The work performed was on both front axles. Originally when purchased new, our coach exhibited extremely hard brake application in order to execute an ordinary stop compounded by a toad behind. After the repairs, we are now able to make normal stops with the coach brakes assisted by our toad set-up. We personally appreciated the assistance of Don, Bob and Pete. Don provided us with an appointment which was with less than 24 hours notice, Bob took very good care of us administratively and Pete got us on the road.........PRONTO. Thanx a bunch Henerson Team!! The service was both efficient and thorough. I appreciate that the entire staff take the extra time to be sure they have the problem corrected and that they did not over look a related problem. In the past they have gone to the extra effort to assist me with a problem that occurred after leaving your facility and made sure I knew where to take it for diagnosis. The recommended suspension changes that were made to my motorhome after a road performance test have proved to make a huge difference in handling. I highly recommend Henderson's from oil changes to suspension issues.

Highly recommend this professional business. You can rest assured your vehicle is in professional well trained hands. There is no lack of experience or can do attitude here. Never felt so at home while doing business.

Most of the techs have a good grip on what they are doing. The competences of the shop overall is of a high standard. The SS product line is of good quality and design. The techs are trained to find the problems with your suspension and sometimes even find problems you didn't know where there. It's worth having their chassis test derive done.

Once again, the team at Henderson's has made our 2000 Harney Renegade drive like new. Although we had installed a Safety Plus when we bought our coach, the steering on our 37' coach had become sloppy. This occurred over a period of several years, so it had become the new normal for us. When Eric took us for a road test, he remarked on this potentially dangerous condition and also gave a name to our complaint of wallowing on bad roads and dips. His analysis was confirmed when Pete removed our steering gear box and showed us the worn out spot that caused the sloppy steering, which was so tiring on long drives. We had come to Henderson's knowing we wanted to have Super Steer Motion Control Units installed and a 4 wheel alignment. We had replaced tires and shocks since the last time it had been done and we could feel a slight but constant vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Henderson's made our coach drive like new again and their hospitality was unparalleled. They provided us with a place to park and 30 amp service during our stay and a lovely (pet friendly) waiting area with free Wi-Fi. By the time we left, Barbara and Dave knew us and our pets by name and their dog Esse had decided our laps were acceptable substitutes. Some may say the prices are high at Henderson's, but what price can you put on safety and comfort? If we update our dinghy in the future, you can be sure we'll be back to have a Super Stop system installed.
