We went out of our way to bring our new-to-us 2004 Holiday Rambler DP in because it wandered on the highway, had a lot of free-play at the wheel, had vibration at higher speeds, and it seemed to wallow around curves and coming out of driveways. They road-tested the rig then got underneath for a VERY thorough evaluation. No quick off-the-top-of-the-head guesswork here! They recommended replacement of some steering parts, truing and balancing the front wheels, installation of motion control units (to solve the wallowing) and several other things to further improve handling and safety. They priced each item separately and advised which ones were the most important. The steering components were covered by our warranty so they delayed starting that repair while they coordinated with the insurance company, but completed the other work. We dry-camped-with-power in their lot while waiting but when the insurance approval came through, they put 2 techs on the job and got us out of there quickly -- and ahead of the storms. Henderson's did a fantastic job! The rig is now much safer and a pleasure to drive with no wandering, no vibrating, and no wallowing! Henderson's Line-Up is the most professional vehicle service organization I have in encountered in my 55 years of motoring! They take the time to understand what's wrong, explain the issues, offer choices, then get to the job and do it right. I would go out of my way to go back again.
