This is a great shop and a real asset to the industry. This is a family owned business that cares about getting things right. I came in needing a newly designed 7 pin connector as my brakes were intermittently losing connection with my older designed plug on my trailer. GM has had some issues making good connections with the trailer, and recommended using the Pollak brand connector on the trailer. Mr. Henderson worked me in right away, and Don (the tech) completed the job quickly solving the problem. Many thanks to this outstanding business. As a side note, I live in SOCAL and have a teaching degree in Industrial Technology, and have taught auto and am acquainted with the Motosports Industry, which is quite large in this area. I was fortunate to have time with the owner and was quite impressed with their facilities as well as the capabilities to do the wide range of work, and the depth of their knowledge, as well as the engineering of specialized parts to improve on your factory delivered RV. Most impressive is there attention to detail and testing of parts manufactured for them. If you order a set of springs for example, they actually test the spring rate, not just install the correct part number and application. Many thanks!

We really were pleased with the experience of our motorhome steering repair and all the folks at Henderson's. All is well and we are on the road or at least running hard when on the road again with out issues other than traffic and fuel stops. Now if only you folks would consider taking on replacing or repairing windshield wiper motors. Yep lost driver side on coast trip good thing it does not rain here the North West. After going to two other shops for steering issues and leaving disappointed, we waited months until we would be in the Grants Pass area to go to Henderson's. The Henderson team are professionals in every respect and fully live up to their reputation. Like many owners, I am very knowledgeable about my rig, and they listened carefully to my issues and my input. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the customer interaction was superb, and the price was very fair. Now our motor-coach drives they way it should. Robert runs a family oriented, Christian principled business and we were treated like guests the entire time we were there. We have been to several shops, but none have come close to the positive experience at Henderson's.

Heard about Henderson's last year from another RVer that I met on the road. He told me that you couldn't ask for better service and products. This year I made the treck from California for a planned stop to get parts installed to smooth out the ride on my Itasca Sunstar. After talking with Adam and Don I did more than planned. Eric completed the instlation of new shocks, rear sway bar, sumosprings, and safety plus steering while explaining the how and why everything words together to give a safer more comfortable ride. He took me out on a road test to make sure I was satisfied with it all. Now I really enjoy the roads in all types of conditions from smooth and level to winding and uneven surfaces. It was a pleasure to spend my hard earned cash on something that I can trust and feel better about.The main man Robert Henderson even took the time to thank me for my business. A good family oriented company that is all about real American values.

A thousand miles after having steering stabilizer, traction bar, shocks and Sumo Springs added, we were experiencing a "floating" feeling in the front end, still correcting much too often. My Roadtrek 210 is great now thanks to your service. You installed new brakes (drilled rotors, calipers and ceramic pads.) It stops safe and sure now with no "walking". Additionally installed were new Koni shocks all around, rear 2" wheel spacers, Sumo pads all around and a Steer-Safe Assy. I am pleased with its handeling and safety and I have renewed confidence when driving. Many Thanks!
