the crew at Hendersons Lineup work as a precision team...well organized professionals! I had a little trouble finding the shop and they even came to my location to guide me there! completed the job on my trailer in two hours as promised. FIVE STARS!

I used Henderson on my motorhome and auto and the work done was very good.

Robert, Don, Matt and the rest of the guys are the best. They have the best products and the knowledge to turn your motorhome into the vehicle you always dreamed it could be. We have a 2002 Winnebago Brave. Love the rig but the steering was a nightmare! Sore shoulders from trying to keep it centered, the blow over from passing trucks? All gone now. The guys installed the Super steer, drag links, new Koni shocks, the rear track bar and the blue printed steering box. What a change!! Like driving my pickup down the road! ( ok, a really big pickup). It is literally night and day from the way it was before. If we ever have any other troubles with the rig, we'll be back. P.S. to Matt...GO GIANTS!! :)

I have been to many shops and even the Foretravel factory trying to solve my suspension problem. None were able to help. Henderson's line-up and Robert Henderson went above and beyond to resolve my issues. The mechanics who performed the work were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable problem solvers. They even put up with me sticking my nose into their work for several days. I went to them to have two items done and because of their great service, I had four things done. This is my second visit to Henderson's-line-up and I was just as pleased this time as the first. I only wish they were closer so I could use them more often.

Supersteer and Henderson's Line Up sent representatives to our BigFoot RV owners rally. I was lucky enough to win a Supersteer rear trac bar in a raffle. I had also learned about Supersteer's self centering steering stabilizer and I wanted one for our RV for safety. I called for an appointment to get the work done after the rally. Hendersons Line Up was very accomodating in setting a time and suggested that I could use their electric, in front of their service bay, and spend the night before.On arriving Hendersons Line Up was professional and personable in welcoming us. The work commenced at 8am, as scheduled, and was completed at 1pm. The mechanic and I took our RV for a test run and he made a couple of adjustments to make the steering stabilizer perfect.On our 200+ trip that day, we drove south on I-5 and turned off on CA 89. I quickly found that these two improvements made a huge difference in RV handling. Previously, I had front and rear stabilizer bars installed. The self centering steering stabilizer took much of the work of keeping the RV straight and the tracking of road ruts out of the equation. The rear trac bar really helped to keep rear sway stabilized during wind gusts and going on curvy mountain roads. Our trip home was the easiest drive I had ever had in our RV. Looking forward to taking our RV out on our next trip.I thank Hendersons Line Up for their participation in our RV Rally and the work I had done on our RV. It was a positive experience. Hendersons Line Up is a great place to have work done on your RV. They are personable and professional, and they are very busy.

I attended our Bigfoot Owners Club International rally and won a SuperSteer Rear Trac Bar in a raffle. This is an addition I wanted for my 29SL Class C. I also wanted a self centering steering stabilizer. When I called Hendersons Line Up, the lady, answering the phone, was was helpful in setting up an appointment to get both items installed. The company was gracious in suggesting we come in the day before and plug in to their electric in front of their work bays. Our appointment was set for 8am, the next day. I checked in at at 8am. On asking where a good place to have breakfast, they not only said to go to Powder Horn, but pulled out a map and highlighted to route. Henerson's was right on the money. About 1:30 pm, the work was complete and I went with the mechanic on a test run. The mechanic made two adjustments to the front stabilizer bar and it was perfect. Did not know how all this worked until we hit the road and traveled 200+ miles south on I-5 and then took the CA 89 route to Susanville, CA. On the trip I immediately noticed how well the Safety Steer front stabilizer worked. It was like it took about 80% of the wander out of the steering wheel. Steering was very positive and was icing on the cake in driveability. The rear trac bar took the rear end wander out of the mountain roads with curves. I even noticed how stable the rig was when a gust of wind would hit the RV. Between the rear trac bar and steering self center trac stabilizer our Class C remained steady. I need to note that our Class C already had front and rear stabilizer bars and Bilstein shocks. These components work to make our RV a pleasure to drive.Henderson's Line Up performed excellent work with work performed on time. Each person in their shop showed professionalism and genuine interest in their customer. They even gave us two sample bags of candy and a key fob. I will follow up with a letter to Henderson Lineup and a letter to our club president. I also want to thank Henderson Lineup and Supersteer for attending our BOCI Rally in Astoria, OR, and contributing the rear trac bar to our rally raffle. This is a company that is very professional and personable. Thanks. I now look forward to taking our RV out more often.

Rely enjoyed the experience. I was not there for front end work, but was with a friend who was getting his coach worked on. I did have shop fix some misc things mine needed. They did a very good job and were the best people I have dealt with for RV work in a long time.

Good experience there. They are skilled professionals and you can trust their work. One suggestion I would have after our recent visit there to add anti-sway bars, springs, and related ride-improvement items to our recently acquired Class A gas motorhome: the road assessment test was done without the tow vehicle attached, and after all their expert fine-tuning work to get the motorhome tuned perfectly, it seems to handle differently with the tow vehicle attached. It pulls to one side now, while without the tow vehicle, it was not pulling to either direction.

I was greatly pleased with my experience with Henderson's Line Up. Service was performed in a timely manner. Adam was very helpful.
