Monaco Cayman gets Rear Sway Bar and Motion Control Units

Thank you for sending the video. I can’t say enough good things about Henderson’s. Our 2007 Monaco Cayman 34 used to be a handful to drive. I was looking for a break after about two hours of driving because of the fatigue from trying to keep it going straight down the road. The coach always felt top heavy. Road bumps transferred motion from side to side, causing lots of sway and corresponding wheel correction. Going in and out of a driveway was like riding a pendulum as the coach rocked back and forth. Going around a turn you had to slow to below the posted speed to keep the coach from feeling like it was going to roll over. ALL of these BAD handling characteristics are now gone. I drove for four hours from Grants Pass to Red Bluff, CA where we had overnight reservations at Durango RV Resort. I could have kept going because the ride is VASTLY improved thanks to the sway bar and motion control valves. The ride is now like a high quality l ... read more

New Building Progress!

New Building Progress!

A little write-up from The Daily Courier that we wanted to relay: • EXPANSION. A year after celebrating their 50th anniversary in business, Henderson’s Line-Up, a recreation vehicle repair shop and designers of SuperSteer products, is expanding. Owner Robert Henderson purchased the building next to Dan’l Boone’s Trading Post at 480 Redwood Highway. The 3,200-square-foot building will serve as an enhanced waiting area and showroom for the SuperSteer product line. “A lot of people who come in are full-time RVers,” said Bryan Thompson, who’s in charge of marketing and video production for the business. “It will have a real home environment.” The building, which is adjacent to Henderson’s other business locations, will be equipped with wireless Internet and laundry services among other amenities. It will also provide space for the business’ Motorhome Steering and Suspension Institute, which brings in technicians from across the country for education and training. In the past, the ... read more

FOUR DAY SEMINAR RESULTS IN BETTER DEALING WITH CONFLICT

FOUR DAY SEMINAR RESULTS IN BETTER DEALING WITH CONFLICT

FOUR DAY SEMINAR RESULTS IN BETTER DEALING WITH CONFLICT Conflicts and confrontations are a common part of life. For most of us, however, handling a conflict or confrontation “well” is, unfortunately, uncommon. Learning new skills that will result in a positive outcome–for all those involved in a conflict or confrontation–is therefore advantageous to all of us. To effectively learn how to handle conflicts and confrontations, 20 staff and residents of the Gospel Rescue Mission had the rare and valuable opportunity to receive 16 hours of training that spanned over a 4 day period in February. This amazing opportunity was graciously and freely provided by Robert and Barbara Henderson, owners of Henderson’s Lineup. Robert and Barbara are new trainers for the acclaimed program by VitalSmarts called Crucial Confrontations. This training is used by over 500 major businesses, companies and medical facilities. Robert and Barbara presented the Crucial Confrontations skills and tools throug ... read more

Brian Brawdy Gets Road Performance Assessment from Henderson’s Line Up!

The SuperSteer team met up with Brian Brady in Quartzsite, Arizona and performed an “in-the-field” Road Performance Assessment to evaluate the steering and handling concerns for his F350 “Green RV”. After a thorough examination, Robert Henderson recommended the SuperSteer Trac Bar to solve the issue of rear-end side-play and recommended the SuperSteer Motion Control Units for his Ford F350′s low-speed rocking while coming in and out of driveways. Brian Brawdy shares his thoughts on the improvements in this video! Brian Brawdy visits SuperSteer in Quartzsite AZ (90 Second Video)Brian Brawdy with SuperSteer in Quartzsite, AZ (4 minute VERSION)

2012 Winnebago Adventurer customer review

Please consider the following to share with others who may be considering similar work on their motorhome. In late September 2011, we took delivery of a 2012 Winnebago Adventurer on the Ford F53 Chassis. During the test drive prior to purchase and the subsequent drive home, the motorhome behaved as expected but there was no wind and we were still on our honeymoon with this new motorhome. About 2 weeks later on a drive home from Salem with lots of wind and rain with heavy traffic, the Adventurer was almost not safe to drive…not by me anyway. Something had to be done with the swaying and constant steering inputs counteracting the sway. It was as if the driver’s seat was sitting on a bowling ball! Found Henderson’s Line Up on the internet and made an appointment for the road performance assessment (RPA). Once there, we loaded into the Winnebago and off we went with a professional behind the wheel. There is a checklist the crew goes by with a subjective score given to each test on the ch ... read more
