Excellent, job and commitment. Provided an Estimate and worked to it. Employees were friendly and courteous. Allowed pets in office, and could remain in RV while being worked on. Part Price was re-adjusted based on the Online cost from there store. Yes I would go back there again.

I liked the service it was done on time and your technician took all the time necessary to describe what they did on the truck.. Only problem I had was the parking brake seemed way too soft but the technician said that he would work with me to fix it here at home near Seattle rather than bring it back to grants pass for review

Before I left yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with Robert and thank him for the excellent service that I have received. Since 2012, I have spent a very substantial amount of money with you folks for my coach. While it is tough to write that check, it is very hard to complain as I have always received an outstanding value for the money I have spent at Henderson's. They say you get what you pay for, and it is certainly true when doing business with Henderson's. When it comes to motor home chassis and suspension systems. there is no one that holds a candle to Henderson's. I am thankful I only live 4 hours away. Keep up the good work!!! One of the other customers that was there told me that when he buys another coach, the first place he will head is to Henderson's. I share his sentiment.

There isn't a better place to solve suspension and handling issues on motorhomes of all sizes.

I brought in a 24 FT Class C that had a steering problem - it wandered excessively. Henderson's did a very thorough inspection including a road test and then presented me with a list of 5 possible choices which might/would alleviate the problem. I choose two - they were then done. The steering problem is not completely solved, but it is certainly improved. I found everyone involved to be efficient, pleasant, and easy to deal with. I have no reservations in recommending them for any steering/suspension problems and should I need further work, I know just where I will end up.

Service at Henderson's was by knowledgeable professionals who were able to identify the problem and solve the issue. We trust the folks at Hendersons.

The Motorhome handles great. Side winds or quartering winds are no longer an issue. We just returned from Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado and we're still amazed at how much improvement your chassis modifications made. I would highly recommend your service to anyone driving an E-450 platform. Your staff was extremely professional.

My dealings with Henderson RV was during the Camping World Rally in February, 2015. After visiting several booths, we chose Hendeson and we feel this was a great choice. They were all so friendly and professional in their work, and explaining all that was necessary and pointing out some areas to check out later. They did the work in a few hours and then Robert Henderson worked on aligning our new Steer Safe systems, even though we had some rain and wind to complicate matters. What a guy!!

I was really pleased with the thorough, knowledgable survey of the suspension in my RV, and with the assistance in choosing the most important things to work on. The vehicle drives so much better now, it's hard to believe it's the same RV.
