The guys at Henderson’s are the BEST! Brice came out n examined my trailer and told me what had to be fixed, and even though they were busy than heck they fixed my trailer and had it ready before the promised date. Where do you ever find service like this anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is top notch and you just don’t see that much anymore. Thank you again Henderson’s.

They took me for a test ride and told me exactly what they could do to improve the handling and performance of my 2020 Tiffin Allegro Red 37BA. They completed the work in two days (one day early) and the new handling and performance is exactly as promised. Everyone of the employees treated our rig and us with the utmost respect and care. We are very pleased.

Any motorhomes we own from this point on will always go to these folks. We drove from Arizona because of their reputation and we are not disappointed in ANY way!!

Before our first visit 4 years ago, I was giving serious thought to selling our motorhome, we had just bought it before taking the first trip in it. Our investment in upgrades changed our mind. We were in the neighborhood again in June and called to see if we could get in on Monday if we extended our visit. We were able to get in for a checkup on the work we had done 4 years ago, a little adjustment on our SuperSteer, and add a couple of torsion bars to the front end. I wish now that we had added the bars on our first visit as was suggested. All done in the same day. We notice a big difference in how she handled the curvy mountain roads through the Redwoods and out to Nevada. When the winds picked up, she Is even more stable than she was. There is improvement on how she handles when big trucks pass us by. The ride is also improved on rough roads and bridge transitions. Thank you Henderson team.

Great knowledgeable staff

I've used Henderson's for RV handling issues on 4 or 5 RVs for the past 20 or more years. Great service by knowledgeable friendly people. I'll use them again when/if I have suspension issues. Again GREAT SERVICE.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Very professional and experienced staff. Every issue was resolved. I was very pleased and impressed that the technician allowed me to personally inspect the new independent suspension. Quality craftsmanship.
