Hendersons line up is the place to go for ANYONE that needs an alignment on their RV. Randell and Carol were extremely good at keeping us updated on all aspects of the situation. Neal and the rest of the mechanics did a top notch job and explained everything to us. We had to extend our stay due to parts being shipped and they allowed us to stay on site. Tommy Henderson and Rich Scott attended our RV Rally last February. They gave a one hour presentation and then performed on-site inspections. The feedback from the group was after the inspections, they only recommended what needed to be upgraded. There was no pressure to buy. They inspected my Leisure Travel Van and recommended we replace the rear shocks. Our coach has 130,000 miles and we have been through several different brands of rear shocks. The adjustable Koni shocks we installed were a marked improvement. The ride was firmer and smoother with less rocking due to side winds. Very happy.

Upon checking in we were met with friendly smiles, we were given a tour of the facility, a place to park our RV with power and water, they communicated with us every step of the way, staff was awesome answering all my questions, the improvements mad a huge difference in handling, the staffs dedication, commitment and professionalism is top notch this place is the best there is.

I would be happy to recommend Hendersons lineup to any owners of the F53 chassis. Had work done 1 year ago steer stabilizer was already on but added radius rods, larger sway bars front and rear, rear trac bars, Koni shocks and leveled coach side to side. Drove to Parker Az prior to this work could only drive for an hour and a half or so and shoulders would be knotted up and little fingers numb. Had work done last April returned to Parker again what a difference. When a truck passes just the slightest of pushes, really just barely lets you know something is passing. Think I could make this trip now with just one overnite stay. Was a bit spendy but well worth the expense. I believe Matt did the work. Thank you Hendersons lineup for taming my 2016 Tiffin open road 34pa Wrote this today as I moved our Rig about 15 miles. The drive was just amazing.

The Team at Henderson's did a terrific job of installing the components on my TOAD for a cross country trip. Offered tips and the ability of call if I had any problems. Terrific Job!
