Henderson LineUp employees were great! The work they do is beyond compare, our Vanleigh Vilano 5th wheel was finished on time as promised and the difference in the ride with the new MORryde suspension is amazing.

We had a Moryde Independant Suspension and Disc brakes installed on our Fifth wheel in September, 2023. Our experience with Henderson's was outstanding. They are very professional, courteous, and friendly to work with. They went over every aspect of the job with us and made sure we were happy with the work. They even went above and beyond in assisting us with getting new, larger rims shipped to them, took them over to Les Schwab's to be installed on our new tires, and took care of disposing of the old rims and tires for us. We really appreciate the job they did and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to get IS and or disc brakes installed on their RV.

We had to drive about 450 miles to get to Henderson's and were able to stay in the parking area. The staff was amazing! Kept us in the loop throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Their service and support is top notch. After a thorough test drive they recommended modifications to our Winnebago View to improve suspension and handling. We were well taken care of during the installation process and now our rig handles much better. Well worth a long drive if necessary to get your work done here.

The team at Henderson's Line-up provide the best service that I have ever encountered in my 5 years of full-time RVing! We had serious suspension issues on the road and stopped in without an appointment when they opened. They were kind and courteous and spent time inspecting our trailer and provided excellent advice on our issue. We wish we lived in Grant's Pass! If so we would be regulars!

Great experience and Highly recommend Henderson’s Line Up!!!! We purchased a 2008 Tiffin 40 QSH Phaeton from a dealership in Southern California after many years of RV’ing in a Dually/40’+ 5th Wheel combo. From the start, we had concerns with the suspension and the dealership had the rig sent to Freightliner for warranty work. Freightliner and the dealership stated “everything is working as it should and it rides pretty great for a 2008!” The trip home was uneventful due to it being straight and flat roads. Our first major trip was to go over Grants Pass in Oregon and I had to literally slow to 25-30 mph for turns because it felt the rig was going off the roadway. I had to constantly fight the steering wheel to the right so I wouldn’t go into oncoming traffic and a death grip on the steering wheel when big rigs would pass us. Very uncomfortable ride and disappointing. It was exhausting and had to stop every hour or so to rest my hands and arms from fatigue. After researching through various sources, I determined that the tires were definitely a factor, so replaced the Yokohama’s (the dealership had installed) with Michelin X-Line series. I already had the dealership install Koni Shocks at purchase, so the next thing was to have the rig evaluated by a professional. Henderson’s in Grants Pass, Oregon was highly recommended by several members of various groups we belong too and why not there …that’s where all the major concerns originated not on flat roads and highways. I arrived at our appointment and was greeted promptly by Randall and Tommy. After an orientation of the facilities, Tommy and I went on the Road Performance Assessment (RPA.). Tommy quickly recognized all the issues and concerns I had been experiencing and made several recommendations to resolve the issues. The existing steering stabilizer was replaced with the Safe-T-Plus, steering gear box adjusted, replaced the front sway bar with an upgraded one from Roadmaster, rear sway bar installed, SS100 Super Steer bell crank installed and had Motion Control Units installed front and rear. Thank goodness this worked as advertised!!! The drive home over Grants Pass was a pleasure, no hand or arm fatigue, able to do the recommended speed limit around turns, stayed in my lane effortlessly and let the big rigs roll by now!!! No dumping dishes, open drawers or an open refrigerator when turning into driveways and fuel pits!!! We are very appreciative of Henderson’s staff for their knowledge and hard work to make our travels safe and comfortable!!!!
