Henderson’s Line Up. The experts in RV suspension set-up. Wonderful folks to work with; they do the work they say they’ll do. They are professional yet easy going. They are willing to discuss the project and keep the customer engaged in the project. They brought us under the coach and suggested we take pics of the work they had completed. We had a few unsafe issues pointed out to us under the coach that they took care of without a second thought. We appreciate the folks at Henderson’s and would recommend them over and over again to any one needing RV suspension or brake work.

Henderson's Line- Up is the business you should turn to for any of your steering and suspension repair and or upgrades. They are fair, honest very knowledgeable in correcting unwanted movements that motorhomes of all sizes are known to have while venturing down the highway. Hendersons is awesome! My RV drives so much better it’s almost like driving a car. It’s worth the drive, just wish I had gone sooner. They have electric plugins outside their shop so you can park overnight. Take the trip to Hendersons then go to the Oregon Caves and Redwood National Park. Very nice folks, great work, nice waiting room, we will be back!

Hendersons are the best. We came up from S.Cal to get a major upgrade on our 5th wheel suspension. From check into departure they are top notch. We we were told 3-4 days. Job was completed by day 3. Our technician Neil was super helpful and did an amazing job. I had specific technical adjustments that needed doing and they accommodated and were so knowledgeable. A 2000 mile round trip and so worth it. I will be back for all routine service!!

Highly recommend. We didn’t have an appointment, but they fit us in to take care of a steering problem. A++++ We were a repeat customer.

I trust them 100%! Twice they have done a a free inspection and found something wrong but both times it was covered under a lifetime warranty and they fixed it for free. They are honest and have great employees that can explain very clearly what's going on other your rig. They also have many online videos to show if they add components what to expect. When I was there people from all over the country were there with their RV because they trust them too.

Called for recommendations on shocks for new Jayco Precept motorhome and they were extremely helpful recommending Koni EVO shocks along with making sure we have proper tire inflation per axle weight. Also discussed track bar which they recommended... not to improve the ride... but to prevent rear sway. Very generous of their time.

Was very pleased with the work done on my coach. The MCU's made a big difference in the side to side rebound, and I really appreciate the Supersteer stabilizer that I had installed. I asked for a review of what further things could be done to continue to improve the ride and drivability of my Berkshire 39A and the team gave me a detailed list and explained the items. I will be scheduling another visit to have further work done soon.

From start to finish, Henderson proved over and over to be the best in the business. We had read about them on a Leisure travel Van blog and drove from Florida to have them do the suspension upgrades that our motorhome required. He recommended just what it would need to be fully functional on bumpy roads, winding roads, wind buffeting from weather and passing semis on the interstate. From his review, he pulled together an equipment and cost estimate that was far below what we expected. They began work and expedited this to get us back on the road. They provided a place for us to hook our coach up to save on hotel bills while they did their good work. From Robert, the owner, to his son Tommy, to Randy, Carol And Keith in the office, Eric and the technician gang in the shop, all did their best quality work to get us safely back on the road. We would recommend Henderson‘s lineup for any of your RV needs

We were scheduled for an alignment, as we'd requested. Upon arrival, Matt performed an inspection after which he gave us the 'bad news'. It turned out we had arrived at Henderson's...just in time! Matt's inspection revealed that all four brakes on 'Rosie' were completely at their end. In fact it appears as though if we'd traveled much further we would have had brake failure! The right front brake was even beginning to seize. Just before arriving to Grants Pass, Ore. I was noticing some pulsing in the brakes, which had not been happening prior. This is maintenance that was not scheduled, nor expected. We had purchased 'Rosie' a year before and had her inspected...thoroughly by two different shops in our local area. The brakes being part of that inspection. To this point, we had put less than a 1000 miles on her since buying her, and after the inspections! Not a good reflection on our 'local' shops. The folks at Henderson's were fantastic! They immediately jumped into action and sourced out the replacement parts needed; involving new rear rotors, all four new calipers, pads, and some hoses. They assigned three techs to get 'Rosie' up and going again! In addition we opted to install the Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer and new Koni shocks. The entire ordeal took two days to complete. However, The boys from Henderson's made it happen and did a wonderful job. They are the best! And, we'll be back for other items in from Henderson's in the future! In the aftermath, 'Rosie' is a much safer and sooo much more enjoyable RV to drive.
