Grants Pass RV and Auto Repair

Had steering problems on my 2021 Chevy Motorhome since it was new. Lot of road wander, even after several trips to the Chevy Dealer. We finally decided to make the trip to Grants Pass, OR, best decision we ever made. One day and a few hours, our problem was taken care of. A track bar was installed on the rear part of the frame along with a tightening of the steering box and we were back on the road to Michigan. Great people at Henderson Lineup and great friendly service. We have know the Henderson family for many years and will continue to use their services when needed. Thanks Henderson Lineup🙏

From asking for information to the finished product Henderson’s has been top notch! I contacted Randall at Henderson’s in Mid-April 2023 and from the beginning to end he had nothing but patience. He forwarded us a quote in April and we booked our appointment for this Week September 11-13, 2023. We arrived as instructed and went on the test drive with Eric. He was so friendly and informative in what the issues were and how they would be improved. The work was to take three days and we were able to stay in our coach over night. When we returned Monday evening I looked under our coach and it looked to me like all the work was done! I talked to Eric and he said that another technician was able to work on our coach with him that day so they were able to complete the majority of the work except for an hour on Tuesday morning! We are so impressed with the improvement in ride and handling of our Motorhome. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Henderson’s Line-Up! Up front and ethical are two words to describe this Company! Well worth the 800 mile trip to get to Grant’s Pass! Henderson's Line-Up replaced the shocks on my Class A Diesel Pusher with Koni shocks. My motorhome is 5 years old and has about 35,000 miles on it. I didn't think my shocks were very bad but I did have quite a bit of wobble going in and out of parking lots or across the worthless speed bumps that a lot of RV parks seem to think we can't live without. After changing the shocks most of that is gone. It really rides and drives a lot better. Henderson's were great to work with my changing schedule and got me in and out quickly for a fair price -- well for today's prices.

Had a lot of stuff put on my class a Shocks, Stabilizers, Trac Bars, etc They did a great job! Yes I would recommend them! By their waitlist I believe others already know how good they are!!

I had set up to upgrade to independent suspension and disc brakes on my Jayco 5th wheel in the spring. I had several conversations with Randall and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to bring our special needs cat with us so we were not able to stay in the RV as offered. Had to shift stuff out of the RV and into the truck for the week and there was no pressure to rush-"just take your time." Stopped by a couple of time just to be noisy and see how the work was going. We were more than welcome to look and see how the work was progressing. I had some food in the freezer and asked it the unit could be kept plugged in since I was requested to turn off the propane. They kept it plugged in the whole time. I found the staff to be very nice, laid back with no issues with me following the work. They have a very large and nice waiting room if you need to stay while work is being performed. There always seemed to be several very large class A motorhomes being worked on. I was told to plan on 5 days and they had it done in 3. I would highly recommend them. Not cheap, but quality parts and service.

We made our appointment several months ago because we knew we were coming through and wanted Henderson to check out our steering and suspension system. They perform a strenuous RPA (Road Performance Assessment) as well as weighting the RV and checking tires manufacturing date plus thread ware. All the staff members were very courteous and knowledgeable. Our tech was Mat who is awesome and a great asset to the company.
