The moment I arrived on Saturday evening I was greeted and guided to a spot to plug my motorhome in along side the shop. On Monday morning we went over what I wanted addressed and filled out the necessary paperwork. Matt the mechanic assigned to my job was very good about explaining the details of what was going transpire. We did a road test evaluation involving different maneuvers and did a report with his findings and recommendations. Then he went over the whole drivetrain front to back pointing out any problem areas to me as went along. Matt kept me informed on the progress at the end of each day. It was a total of 3 days to complete everything I wanted done, but they pulled the moterhome out so I could plug it in and sleep in it at night so I didn’t have to get a motel room. When Matt was done with the front end alignment and the other things I wanted addressed it goes down the road better than when it was new. No wandering to the side or in the ruts in the road. I have a 1995 Bounder on a P30 chassis and anyone that has a motorhome on that chassis knows they are not the most responsive in the steering department. When Matt was done with the help of Super Steer and Moog parts (all made in the USA) it was a whole different motorhome to drive drive down the road. They delivered the product and completed the install on time and within the quoted price. The service center had all required parts waiting and a technician who knew what he was doing. Henderson had 30-amp electrical power and water available so I could stay in my rig at night. They also had a relaxing lounge to hang out during the day. All things considered, it was a first-class operation, and I will return the next time I need work on my coach. PS. Ian, the tech, rocks.
